Starting from the reception, all the staff are very friendly and very successful in their jobs, to be honest, since the location is very central, I thought that the management would be weak, but I was wrong, everything is managed very meticulously, the hotel is sparkling, the food is really sufficient and delicious, also the service made to order on the beach side is 5 stars, I read in some comments that those who said they were hungry and ate hamburgers at Mc Danols are brainless, I am sorry, but it is very interesting and mind-boggling to compare the frozen meatballs with the hotel's hamburger made with fresh meatballs and served with delicious potatoes, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, only the bathroom is small, so you have to fight with the door a little, the location is already delicious, the sea is perfect, the pier, the teapot, cafe and outdoor seating areas are very stylish, I hope to see you again, thank you

All staff members are very helpful hotel is spotless with a special mention to Enise who looked after my son and myself with a great service. Always smiling and always offering information for sight seeing. Any anything we had questions about she would always get the answers to help us. Hotel is definitely 5* with a fantastic service. I am already looking to return in the summer.

At the hotel now 09.07.25.Good:location,food ok-. Negative:All inclusive +(What that means here?)coctails(no classes and ice) The barthender always away Bars and restos closing earlier. Makes sad!

The hotel looks great…except for the room…that is horrible…2 stars max…bath wants to be walk in but without a glass or something so the water will be all over the bath…the wc was dirty. The pillow was dirty. AC too loud and not powerful. The bath door handle was broken.

POOR, POOR, POOR .... arrival for 10 nights stay and it's a shambles. On vacation with my wife, the start of the holiday in this hotel is very bad. It says 5 stars, but the reality is different, certainly with the room we were given, namely room 181, which I suspect is not really a guest room. No number on the door a giveaway. The door lock was smashed in, so unsecured and anyone could walk in anytime. The bathroom, was not even serviced, shower door hanging off, holes in tiles, shower tap unsecured. Holes in the wall everywhere in the room, shocking, trip hazard in bedroom where empty fridge sitting in middle of floor. Hotel's outside window is not clean, can't see outside. Hotel attitude, you just have to take it, we may be able to help you in the morning. When I refused, they found a room, but I had to write a letter to getvthe room to say that I would vacate this room in the morning. My wife and I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels in Turkey and this is by far the worst, Not even 1 star!

We were in hotel for 7 days last week. The hotel "Imperial Türkiz Resort Hotel", it is terrible, advertised as 5*UALI, the air conditioner does not work, we asked 4 times, they said that they will fix it, but nothing, condicion is blowing, but only warm. Feeding 5 times a day, but the food is completely tasteless, something is mixed, it seems that it was not eaten last day, only a few have an explanation of what is in the food. Of course, there are also spices and sauces, but until you stick your finger in and taste it, you can't understand what it is!!! No original Turkish food. We go outside in town to test original tasty Turkish meals. Non-Turkish alcohol should also be available at UALI, but even local cocktails are mixed terribly. The rooms are cleaned very carelessly, even soap is only in the shower, an empty can by the sink, not to mention toothbrushes, pastes, etc., which are usually even in many 3* hotels!!! In general, in summary, the hotel could be given less 3*- the only one + is the location of the hotel in the center and the perfect beach. In addition, they do not speak or understand English well, only mostly Russian!!! Yes, and the staff does not greet, no smile, the atmosphere is not pleasant. And they offer us all the time their Turkish baths and massages, ~3x a day I have to explain that after sleeping in a room where the air conditioner doesn't work, I don't want a sauna!!! Do not recommend this hotel, I think that in most 3* hotels you will find better conditions.👌🤣👍

We had a great stay at Imperial Turkiz Hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the food was tasty, and the sea was crystal clear. The staff was super friendly, especially Enise, who makes the best coffee with so much love and is always smiling — she really made our mornings better. Definitely recommend this place!
