the hotel is really great, tidy, every day the room is replenished with water, toilet paper, garbage is taken out, sheets are constantly changed. The food was very tasty for me, who loves vegetables this is heaven. However, those who eat only pork, unfortunately, you will not have anything to eat. Drinks are not tasty, cheap wine and coffee. The staff did their job, but they didn't speak much English, if you don't speak Russian with them it's no good. Even Russian music was playing in the hotel, it's scary! There were a lot of Russian tourists, they didn't go past, they made noise and behaved tactlessly. We have heard how the Russians sit down and talk about the war, how they are resting in Turkey after returning from the massacres....

We arrived on October 2, 2023 We are very disappointed, the room is normal and everywhere else is rubbish. Service 3 out of 5. There is nothing about the food at all, but it's terrible, not tasty and a very small selection, except for stew and I don't know what kind, in one word it's terrible. I do not recommend to anyone. It is better to bypass such hotels.

Hi, Have anyone visited this hotel recently? I haven't recived any info from hotel about latest fires. (i asked severa times) Is any sign of it close to the hotel? I'll by more than grateful for this info.

Just got back from a week long vacation in this hotel and I can only say best words about it. The one drawback that I can indicate was that the personel at reception didn’t speak English, but still that wasn’t a problem for us. The food at this hotel is to die for. Different every single day. Fish, different meats, fruits, vegetables and delicious cooked meals were served daily. I won’t even start talking about the desserts table, because there were literally hundreds of options. I would want to get recipes for most of the cooked meals. It was the first time that I stayed at a hotel which serves food way more marvelous than at home. We were also fascinated my the maids. They were always very cheerful and polite and the rooms were very clean, there were different figures from towels on beds which made our stay even more fun. They also had been leaving both sparkling and still water everyday. One more important thing to mention is that you can get coffee, juice, cold and hot water 24/7. The personel at the bar were also very friendly and helpful. They were super nice to every visitor. They also didn’t speak English well, but we still always got what we needed using gestures and a little bit of Russian language. Also, we managed to find free sunbeds by the pool almost every time. Why almost? That’s because the first half of the day we would spend at the beach and the other half we would go back to the hotel so a lot of the sunbeds weren’t available. However, in the morning, there were always free ones. In addition, the beach is very close, just a 3-4 min. walk from the hotel. There was no problem to find unoccupied sunbeds. You could always get coffee, cold water and tea for free. The beer and other drinks cost a little bit. I was surprised that the bathrooms at the beach were always filled with toilet paper, cause that’s a rarity in my country. There were also many options of water sports with adequate prices, fresh juice and ice cream shops. I will add many photos from our stay here. I would without any doubt recommend considering this hotel, because it definitely made our vacation just incredible. I would rate my experience 9/10 just because of the language barrier, but everything else was simply PERFECT. I thank universe for such an amazing holiday.

The reviews got me worried a bit. Yet there was plenty of food, some of it did not look very good, but still there was a lot of food. We did not stand in queues, we just went to other 'stations' first and then came back. It was not a big deal. However, I really would have liked to have a typical hotel scrambled eggs for breakfast, some days there were only boiled eggs available. Once we missed dinner, we came at 21:20 and everything had been put away. I wish there would be some late night snack or dinner until 22:00. The breakfast boxes (we got them before leaving to the airport and before going on a tour), which they call lunch boxes, were terrible: a piece of bread, jam, honey, some sweet pastry and small juice. There were many options to choose from at the bar, we were able to order any cocktail we like as long as we knew the ingredients. We got a room on the upper floor with an amazing view to the mountains. The A/C was working very well. The bed sheets had holes in them, The blanket was just sort of a towel which was not soft. The hotel had been renovated, not that long ago, but the bathroom did not look very fresh. The towels were not change often enough in my opinion. Beach towels were stained with some mysterious liquids. The pool was great, but the beach was very small and very close to other hotel beaches. However the beach was close to the hotel a 5 min walk. Also, the hotel is close many stores which is good and night clubs if you are into that. The staff does not speak English but it was no problem as we speak Russian. Staff was nice to me (a 19 year old girl), but sometimes rude to my grandmother and other older women. They suspect they were wanting tips. I think next time we go to Turkey we will choose another hotel, but it was okay for its price.

Nice hotel, I liked it! It was a week at the end of May, beginning of June, 2023. The staff is excellent, cleaning is done daily, the food is tasty, but monotonous, but I say it as it is, I’m not picky in terms of food. The only negative I found then were 3 days only sunny, the rest of the days there were rains and thunderstorms (yes, then all the locals were surprised that the weather was bad for this time) Overall, I recommend the hotel! It was the best vacation that introduced us to cool people! A little bit about everything. The rooms are good, most importantly a soft, clean bed. I’m not picky and I certainly didn’t come to Turkey to look at renovations. But for 4* the room is good. I have a rule when I come on vacation - I give the cleaning lady $10 on the first day and everything is always perfectly clean all days. Bed linen and towels in the room were changed every other day. There is a lot of food, especially sweets, they were great here, it’s clear that they are trying very hard.. delicious soups that helped us recover after a fun night😁 there was a lot of different meats. Fish every day, and three days in a row there was fried trout. Lamb, beef, chicken. Various vegetables and greens. Any dishes for every taste. Fruits melon, watermelon, oranges, apples, cherries and much more. I don’t understand people who write that there is nothing to eat. Lord, people, how can you fit in so much? Well, there is so much food that you no longer know what to do with yourself, and where to shove it into yourself (forgive the expression) 😅 In general, we liked the bar most of all!!)) Any drinks, of good quality. At least - we drank drinks from the bar throughout our vacation and everyone always felt great. Vodka, crayfish, whiskey, Baileys, gin, rum, white and red wine (white is very exciting😂) cocktails... special thanks to the bartender Iso, a young guy, always made the most beautiful and delicious cocktails) the bar is open from 10.00 to 24.00, so it was our favorite place)) The staff is friendly, cheerful, young and it’s clear that they are friendly)) you can contact anyone with any problem - they will always help and will meet you just to make you feel good.. the best waiters are the girl Esra and the funny guy Iso 😅 I also liked everything about the pools, the slides are cool, we rode them many times. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, but the only negative is that there are few sun loungers, that is, if you want to lie on the sea, you need to come very early to take a place, preferably around 6-7 am. And a slightly inconvenient approach to the sea. Be sure to take corrals. Here.. the hotel needs a little work with the beach area - and we can give it 5 stars))) Overall, we have very cool impressions and memories.. thanks to this hotel for everything. My stay there is now the best and most pleasant memory of my life.

I would like to point out that people with inflated demands and nitpicking about every little thing, who think that they are owed everything, but behave rudely and do not respect a foreign country, are better off not reading this review. I’ll say right away that I traveled to more than 10 European countries, buying all the tickets on my own; there were only about 3 organized tours (tour operator). Beach holiday one, Cyprus 2018 Biblio Globus 3 stars breakfast, dinner. I am a simple tourist, the most important thing is a clean, comfortable room, a bed, a bedside table, a shower, an air conditioner, because in the room you only sleep and take a shower. It was my first time in Turkey, it took me a long time to choose hotels, I was flying out of season, the end of May. First, I set the price category to 140 thousand all inclusive, first and second line beach. The beach is no more than 15 minutes walk. The tour operators “Tez Tour” are reliable, large, and the price suited our budget. A charter flight from Moscow is much cheaper than from St. Petersburg, especially if you buy cheap train tickets to Moscow. Charter is sometimes like a lottery, since a couple of days before departure everything can change. But in that direction everything was fine. We arrived in Sheremetyevo in 5 hours. We are waiting for registration. It opens 2.5 hours before departure, unfortunately, here comes the small disadvantage of the fact that this is not an Aeroflot, not 6 hours before and you can’t check in online. I usually arrive at the counter 15 minutes before opening, this time I did the same, but the last people in the queue were already standing, it was moving slowly, there were a lot of children, strollers, there was an overweight and there were only three counters open, it was small and very slow. As a result, registration was already closing, and we were still in the middle, then the representatives started shouting that registration was closing, they were opening 4 more counters, everyone was running like mad, not knowing where better, quickly, quickly and they gave us a boarding pass, but you know, it’s scary when you Arrived on time and may not catch the plane. Dear girls! Be carefull ! This man worked at the Kemer dream hotel during the summer season. He introduced himself as Mazlum (real name Sabbahatin), a hotel cook. He is busy with watermelons. He collects photos of women and the women themselves. God has had mercy on me. But then a woman came to me who had been in a relationship with him for 7 years and she lives in Russia. The seduction scheme is the same. They herd you, they watch you at the hotel, they ask you for your phone number, they tell you how beautiful you are, and there is no one else but you, and they want to have children from you and get married. He may say that his wife has died or he is single. In fact, he has 4 minor daughters and a wife in Izmir. He won't refuse your money either. The worst thing is that he is not the only one there. Their whole family works in hotels. And brother and nephews. They say that they seduce 100 Russian women per season. Russian women are a source of resources for them - sex and money! At the same time, they do not touch their Muslim women. In Turkey, this is socially approved behavior.

Overall, I really liked the hotel and I will definitely return there again. 1. The rooms are cleaned every day. Water is also brought every day, 1-2 bottles, depending on how much you have left. My room overlooked the bar, if there was a disco, it would be noisy until 12 at night. We had another room, it faced the reception, where you could hardly hear the music. The rooms are not large, but there is plenty of space to place your things. 2. Two swimming pools, many sun loungers, but of course if you want to sunbathe optimally, it is better to choose your place in advance. There were no crowds in the pool. Only 2 of the slides worked, but the most “fun” ones. 3. Basically, the area is cleaned up. But sometimes it feels like in places. Somewhere in the corner near the spa, there will be some cigarette butts. Public toilets are clean, paper towels are always available, except if it’s already 11 o’clock in the evening and everyone is running there from the bar) 4. Food - a lot of it, both stewed and fried. There are soups for lunch and dinner. Basically, chicken, govidina and fish are served for lunch and dinner. As in the single version and meat in side dishes, well, like pilaf. Lots of vegetables, both fresh and cooked. The only fruits I remember were watermelons and peaches. The lines for hot food are long, that's a fact. Decision: either go the first minute they started serving, or 40 minutes after they started serving. That is, there is a big queue only at the beginning. After breakfast, mostly ice cream, after lunch, a coffee break with desserts, and some kind of “shawarma with meat.” 5. The alcohol was normal, there was nothing diluted or disgusting. Bartenders open bottles of alcohol in public and beer in a keg. Noname has never seen any plastic bottles. 6. There are no annoying excursion salesmen on the territory. There is one on the beach. Well, on the streets, of course, they are everywhere) At the hotel, if you come across vacationers-hunters, or men who walk around and get to know everyone, then they will lose interest in you after the first refusal. 7. The staff is adequate and friendly. They speak Russian and English. Some are more active and smiling, others are less, but there were no unpleasant moments. Everything is clean, smells like perfume (you can really feel it) and that’s good))) The hotel is located in the center, everything is close to pharmacies, shops, and cafes. On Thursdays, the street near Starbucks is closed and the local market comes. There are 2 nuances that, I think, need to be corrected urgently: 1. The bathroom - yes, they clean it every day because it’s superficially clean, they add jars and change towels. But it needs urgent repairs. The tap pipe in my room was dripping, and the shower was dripping from the ceiling. I was in another room, there was no such problem. But due to the old age of the shower stall, it may be black in the corners, although it is clear that they are trying to get rid of it, or some part is barely holding on. 2. Beach - when you go there, it’s absolutely unclear where your sunbeds are. The first time we went to “strangers” and the boorish excursion salesman, when we refused him a purchase 3 times, first insulted us

Now I live in the Kemer dream hotel. We booked a room with a double bed, were given a room with two single beds, when we asked to change, they said that everything was occupied, despite the fact that we had made a reservation. They told me to come back tomorrow, or in 2-3 days. The air conditioner in the room works very weakly, I don’t know how long it takes to cool a room measuring 9 m. In the bathroom there is only one light bulb above the sink; in the shower there is no light at all. The pillowcase on the pillow has stains, instead of two large towels there is one! I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Greetings. We rested with a girl from September 23 to October 3, 2023. I will try to describe my stay at the hotel as much as possible, and you can decide what are the pros or cons for you. I will describe it point by point. Nationalities. We ourselves are from Belarus. Most of the vacationers are Russian speakers. Russians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, also many Poles, very few English-speaking people. And at the same point I will write that there were much fewer young people in the hotel than people of other ages. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were informed that check-in would only take place at 2 pm, we immediately left our suitcases at the reception (there was no storage room or anything like that, there was just a bunch of other suitcases, we put them there), changed clothes and went to the sea. Beach. Arriving at the sea, we found no seats on the sun loungers, so we laid a towel on the rocks and went for a swim. As we later heard, the place where we left the towel turned out to be a public beach. That is, between ours and the sun loungers of another hotel, there was a public beach. The beach has quite large pebbles and is unpleasant without slippers. We went to Goynuk to visit relatives and visited their beach, also pebbly, but very pleasant, the pebbles are tiny, it feels like sand, but on ours I would recommend taking slippers. Our hotel's sun loungers are separated by a booth selling water rides. There is a tent with drinks, there is a cold shower to wash off the salt. The water is very cool, warm, clean, the fish bite until you bleed, but if you’re lucky, the girl wasn’t bitten even once, I suffered from bites 7 times, so swim more actively) We don’t go to take sun loungers on the beach at 6 in the morning, so when we got there at about 11 o'clock, there were no places. We managed to lie on the sun loungers a couple of times, both times we were lucky that people were leaving at the same time. If you like to come to the beach at 8 am - you will find places, at 9 - I think you will also find them, at 10-11 - it’s better to stay at the pool and come after lunch, most likely there will be no places. Number. We checked in at 2 pm, as they said. We moved into the old building, number 147, there was supposed to be a view of the pool, but when you go out onto the balcony you see a tree in front of you, but it didn’t bother us much, we only went out onto the balcony to put things to dry. The room is ordinary, the renovation is normal, TV, hairdryer, shower, toilet, air conditioning, safe in the closet - they immediately took it for all days, in general there is everything you need. Here I will say that for some reason our room card was disconnected twice and we could not get into the room. We go to the reception and in a minute they give you either a new card or they conjure the current one. Cleaning. Immediately about cleaning the rooms, they cleaned our rooms, plus or minus, every other day, towels were changed once, linen was not changed even once. I don’t know if this depends on the fact that we lived in the old building and not in the new one, but it is what it is. If there was cleaning, then 2 bottles of water were always delivered, as well as consumables (shampoos, toilet paper). Specifically, we always had the same cleaning lady, who somehow understood English. Nutrition. Let us abstractly designate 3 zones where you can take food. We were there at the end of August...in Turkey for the first time..enjoyed our vacation very much..we left delighted. The food was quite...varied..we ate too much fish for the year ahead..the staff was very polite and pleasant..the room was cleaned daily..not far from the sea 5 minutes in a hurry.. the sea is clean and hot.. though the beach is not very big and is located near aqua entertainment.. but there were always enough sun loungers. Special thanks to the waiters...they worked like ants...always a clean tablecloth and the dishes put away on time. I give everything super 5
