Amazing small hotel with excellent service and beautiful grounds. I really liked how clean and comfortable everything was. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Any drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, without restriction. Thanks to all the staff for a good job.

It's a great hotel with great location, staff and food. Use of the private beach, spa and pool is sufficient. My room was very large and clean. I just wish the room floor was laminated instead of carpeted. There are shops in Kemer that will meet your shopping needs. Antalya is 1 hour away. There are many natural wonders around. canyon, historical places etc.I left happy and rested.

Loved our visit. However hotel is a 4 star not a 5 star. Special thanks to mumtaz ( kitchen staff) and nazim (entertainment team). Good food. Lovely cocktails (tho could be stronger). Air con could be stronger as it didn’t quite keep me cool at night.

Food is perfect. All kind of meats on every meal, beef chicken fish also somethimes lamb and liver. And very good taste. Soft drinks are also high quality. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar. Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I didn’t hear single sound from any neighbour. Helping is perfect. Everyone inside hotel is very careful and kindly trying to help about everything. Location is perfect. Pools are great. Slidings are enough. Thank you!

Rooms food and entertainment was excellent facilities were really good. Pool was great and big enougth for all the guests. The spa facility was brilliant and we enjoyed the steam room and massage. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the fridge was stocked with Fizzy drinks and water.

Excellent stay at Crystal De Lux.Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed it.What stood out for me was what they did in my room for my birthday, absolutely perfect.Couldn’t fault this hotel even if I tried.This has now become my yearly vacation spot.All the staff very polite and friendly .Daryrea from guest services was/is amazing,top marks to her. We stayed in your resort from 21.10.-28.10.2023. We are very satisfied with the complete service. Restaurant Panorama, swimming pools, beach, water facilities, food, staff are all at the top level.
