Amazing small hotel with excellent service and beautiful grounds. I really liked how clean and comfortable everything was. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Any drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, without restriction. Thanks to all the staff for a good job.

Excellent hotel brilliant entertainment friendly staff, especially the manager Ismet who made time to talk to us about our stay . Food was great lots to choose from . Room was comfy and spotless. I would definitely recommend a stay here very good experience all round.

Although we have stayed in Turkey several times, only in Istanbul 4 times, and passed through Turkey from Alanya, through Bodrum to Izmir and on to Bursa, this was definitely the best holiday in Turkey so far. We stayed in the hotel from 28.07. until 07.08. and we spent a magical 10 days. I can only express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, from the maids and people who took care of hygiene, to the chefs, the bar staff, the animation team and the guest relations staff. I want to say a special thank you to the beautiful Mrs. Leila, as well as to the dear lady with blonde hair, whose name I unfortunately did not remember, who really tried to help and take care of the guests. The food in the hotel was excellent, hygiene at a high level, the beach clean and tidy and the sea beautiful! The guys and girls at the bar are exceptional! We used the Turkish bath and massage services twice, and we were very satisfied, too. Mr. Sadik i think, is a great character! The entertainment program was quite correct, often exceptional. All in all, we hope to come back again, and to be guests of this hotel again. I wish you all the best and see you next time! Thank you for a wonderfully spent 10 days of our vacation

Could not recommend this hotel more! Repeat guests at crystal deluxe and every stay is better each time. Welcomed with a bottle of bubbly, a fruit bowl and some fresh flowers on arrival. The food was amazing and so many options to choose from. A huge variety of drinks available 24/7. Rooms truly luxurious and cleaned every day. Felt truly welcomed and looked after by the whole team. Was lovely to see a lot of familiar faces and meet the new team as well. Huge thank you to Ludmila Klykovskaya and İsmet Ayyıldız for looking after us and making our stay extra special. And a huge welcome to Mehmet Caldag the new manager, making sure the hotel provides a fantastic experience for us all.

We spent one week as a family with small children. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel! They took care of every detail. Food was fresh, tasty and various. Amazing shows at the evening. The only thing that we would change if we coudl, was the distance from the hotel to the beach. But just because we were with kids. Otherwise perfect!

It was 4-days stay but unforgettable. It was in April so hotel was not full. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. We visited Turkish restaurant - excellent evning. We were 12 people together and thank you for the helpful staff that you manage to organise a table for us. The same in the main restaurant - big table for the group. Extra bar at the pool and in lobby with drinks (long list of drinks). Ultra All Incl on the highest level. Small beach but close to the hotel. Close to the small centre with shops. I fully recommend this place. I haven't been to such a good hotel for a long time.

The hotel is welcoming , with all staff giving help around the hotel. The food and drinks cater for all singles couples and families .A beautiful atmosphere no job to big . As my mother is disabled they accommodated us very well so I would say it is disabled friendly. Lovely beach walk 5 minutes away, with a cafe to watch the beach view . Ismet was helpful kind and gave his time up for us to make us feel comfortable an check we have everything we need for our holiday. Beds ,shower ,food and drink all available on your request. Beds are cosy.clean and comfortable. Shower is powerful and just what you need with extra thick hair!!! I would return ,in the summer as I think the seasonal activities would be on top considering what's available two weeks before Christmas.

Wow Wow Wow wonderful stay at Crystal De Luxe Hotel.The management team are awsome specialy Mr Ismet thank you Man. I visit this hotel first time and love it so much.Room so clean and very relaxing here.Hotel has big huge Restarount and great service.I recommend this hotel %100 percent.
