Worst hotel I have ever been to. Dirt everywhere. In the room there is a smell of toilet. The food is discusting. In lobby restrooms locks are not working. Someone was in our room while we were gone, even though we left the “do not disturb” sign at the door. How we know that? The safe magically changed it’s location. The beach towels are super old and with holes. Most of the plates in the “restaurant” are dirty. The door in our room is just destroyed ( photo added) The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the garden looks nice.

One of worst hotel ever i seen. Its 1 star hotel not 5 star. Staff very rude. Very dirty. Moreover i paid for family unit with 2 seperate room but they gave me 1 room. When i asked them to change they told i have no onother choice.

Highly recommend to run away quickly if you are invited to this hotel even in free charge! Too impolite staff especially with Iranian guys, long line for every foods. Too hot rooms, bad situation of air condition, terrible taste of foods! You can communicate with staff only in Turkish language! It’s just big ambiance but as enough as 2 stars hotel! Never come back to this Wreckage!

This shouldn't be even considered as a hotel! It is extremely dirty and discusting....the towels were filled with blood spots and the bed linen as well. The bathroom was dirty and the water is pumped up off the tape in a way that would hurt you. The food is smelly and uneatable with flies all over it. You cant have room service or even toilet paper if you don't ask for that in the early morning. I had to change the hotel as i couldn't withstand staying there. Don't even think of staying there.

Ağustos 25_30 tarihleri arasında Palmet Beach resort otel Kemerdeyiz.Park oda diyerek sattıkları oda otelle alakası olmayan başka bir bina da.Verdikleri oda da TV çalışmıyor klima çalışmıyor temizlik hicbirsey yapılmıyor.5 yıldızlı otel adı altında birsurude para verdik hicbirseyi güzel değil.Otelde hiçbir canlılık aktivite yok.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum biz resmen kandirildik.Paramizi iade de alamadık.

My friends and I (12 people) stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel staff were not friendly, the bartenders and reception could not speak English, the man in charge of the Turkish bath was very rude and racist towards non-Turkish staff. You have to wait a long time in a long line to get anything (even for eggs at breakfast or ice cream in the evening). (If you pay the bartender, you don't have to wait in line) One elevator line was always out of order. everywhere is dirty We booked the standard rooms (in the main building) but they accommodate us for two days in the standard room in the annex building where the rooms have many bugs. In general, this hotel is not 5 stars and international.

I travelled with my dad and grandma and uncle and it is absolutely bad! People aren’t nice, weird smell everywhere is dirty pools dirty plates aren’t clean bad food nothing good so this is the worst hotel ever, you would be miserable everyday.

Bad rooms/air condition/notthing was match to what they say/bad behavior/dirty bath/lack of blanket,shampo/did not have wifi connection in rooms … all for iranian people .. not adviced at all !!! ……..
