We had 10 beautiful days in Karmir..it was amazing..Personal was so frendly and smiley.. I enjoy aqua gym everyday ..shows was funny specially entertainment team

We visited this hotel at the end of September for 10 nights. Overall we had a great experience, but a couple of frustrations. What was great: The staff were fantastic. We had our 1 year old with us, and every member of staff treated her like a princess. The bar and restaurant staff were especially good, and a shout out to Ali Osman in the restaurant and the bar captain who were especially great. Honestly, the staff were incredible. No queues at the bar, minimal queue at the restaurant. The pool area was great. Very pretty. Lots of space, plenty of loungers. A great place to relax The rooms were clean, no faults and spacious enough. What was good The entertainment team were overall good. A couple of the evening shows were average, and there was only 90 mins of entertainment / disco. Day activities were good with the usual water polo, darts etc although some variety would have been good eg table tennis etc. The drinks were good with plenty of choice. The location was good, with plenty of shops close by, although not many restaurants or bars. Many different nationalities were there, primarily russian/Ukrainian/Belarus although there was a fair number of English, German etc. English was spoken by most and we didnt miss out on anything. All guests were friendly and there was no trouble. What was ok The beach was a 3 minute walk away but there wasn't enough sun loungers. People reserved them then went to breakfast so they only became free afte lunch The food was fairly repetitive, not much flair although was hot and fairly tasty. What was bad The hotel next door had loud music until 11pm, our room 1276 seemed to suffer more as the speakers pointed our way and there was a break in the trees letting noise through. There were plenty of things missing from this 'ultra all inclusive' that have been included at other all inclusives. Firstly, having to pay €25 for WiFi is an absolute joke, and this is a serious oversight by management as it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. There was also no '1 night free a la carte' option as most hotels have if youre there a week. There was no ice cream available during the day / at the pool. There was no swim up pool bar. The beach bar was poor with very little food, and only beer/soft drinks. Little things like no tissues in the room. Overall, if youve booked this hotel, youll be very happy here, although there are others that offer a better 'all inclusive' experience.
