The hotel is good!
Personal is good!
Place in the city is good!
In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are normal, it will do for budget tourism. But it’s far from 4 stars, not even Turkish ones. We were in early April. The food was terrible. I won’t talk about diversity and quantity. The quality of food was disgusting. This is the most terrible kitchen I’ve ever eaten. Everything was overdried. Not tasty. The soups are terrible from powder in our opinion. In general, at the end of my vacation, I lost 5 kilograms from 65 kilograms to 60 kilograms.
The rooms were cleaned once in 7 days.
They write that ‘all inclusive’ food is strictly three times a day. The bar is strictly until 22:45.
From 23:00 to 00:00 a light snack. The soup that was left from dinner.
Well, sometimes there were good desserts.
Everything had to be asked. Clean the room, replace the bed/towels/ashtray.
The Internet is paid. 27€/10days.
There is no own parking lot, but there is enough space nearby.
Stunning views of the mountains and surroundings.
Do you want a beach holiday? Forget it!!! The road to the beach is through the slings of neighboring hotels.

Yes overall hotel was clean well looked after Bedding changed regularly rooms cleaned daily and towels renewed daily Cleaners friendly too . The food was more or less same morning noon n night boring for 4 star hotel Some staff very pleasant others but rude and abrupt The drinks were very mean servings for all inclusive especially the spirits No whisky just vodka or gin really . The one puzzling and annoying thing I found out on last day was the safety deposit box I paid euros for wasn't even anchored to wall or floor Could pick it up and walk off with it which is bloody disgusting . I'd stay again here but not all inclusive The pool was beautiful but the music played from 10a.m till 11 p.m was too repetitive and bit too overpowering after couple days . It was handy to everything with about 20 minute walk to shops and centre The beach was straight across the road opposite the hotel

The experience with hamam was very good. The manager is a very plesant person and Olga was amazing to do massage. I recommend the big spa program. They take good care of you and the feeling of being nice and clean is amazing. I recommend this spa!

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful pool and pool bar, the evening entertainment was thrilling especially the Turkish Dancers. Karaoke nights were fun and they had songs for English speakers too. The only inconvenience were that there seemed to be a lot of ants around the hotel but none in our room which was good.

It’s a nice hotel friendly staff nice food nice weather . The hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned Daily.The animation team is great friendly. I do recommended the hotel for tourists coming from Uk. You have your own private beach and sun beds and bar . Snack bar till 4pm . It’s been a great week away . The centre is not very far only 10 minutes to the shops bars restaurants . Ugur at guest relation is always helpful and speaks very good English so if you do come to ur cash gelidonya look out for Ugur .

I have recently returned from a last minute booking to this hotel with my step daughter. We arrived early hours and we’re greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who offered us refreshments and carried our luggage to our rooms. The room was clean and spacious with a good balcony view. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily too. We had no issues with food, there was always something there at each mealtime and the meals varied. There was a wide selection of drink choices and the bar staff were happy to make any drink requests. The only feedback we had was that wine was not always served in a wine glass so a suggestion of getting more wine glasses for peak season would be good. The location of the hotel is perfect, plenty shops, bars restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Hotel entertainment was enjoyable and the animation team were really friendly and hard working. Onur was always around to help with any queries and nothing was a bother. Overall had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely return. Regards Diane & Beth

Stayed at Casa Gelidonya Hotel in May&June 2024. Best hotel for very good price - excellent services, great stuff and diverse food. We think this is the best hotel in this price range (4*). The hotels for the same price which we could see in Kemer or experienced are completely different and much more simple. The infrastructure of Casa is distinguished by diverse services offered by hotel (including sport activities, massage, spa, entertainment programs). The hotel has its own beach which is quite near (3-5 min by foot). Surely will come back here for more. The hotel has very good communications and is perfect for family recreation. Hotel is located in very goof place, very close to the city center (5 min by foot), bars and restaurants. We had a very beautiful and spacious room (I would say it was king room) with very large terrace and fantastic view of mountains and swimming pool. There are 2 swimming pool on the territory of the hotel and one for kids with very clean and pretty warm water. The most important advantage of Casa hotel is its staff. We would like to say thanks to Mira, Yasmin, Elena - without those people the movie would not be as good! They have been extremely helpful to guests in all issues. By the way, we highly appreciative of all the staff without exception.

Staff is very helpful and also the location is nice.We also liked the food and animation shows.The area is vey safe and the people are good.Maybe the cleaning can be better.We highly recommend this hotel and the place. staff were very helpful ın organısıng taxıs back to aırport and organısıng day trıps ıe boats, horse rıdıng... look out for Al-aadın, sezer, mustafa, pınar and uğur very helpful people.

The hotel is very nice. Food is delicious, but the most i liked is the friendly staff on the reception. Amazing attitude from Pinar , Yasemin and Sezer.I will recommend to my friends. Rooms are perfect'.All of them with balcony and nice view.
