My expérience in hotel Viking star Kemer : Food is correctly, 2 swimming pool is so cold, reception do nothing on that !!! I dont return here. I say two times this problèm but not solutions. I cannot swim with this problem, its not good for loyalty

All is super nice and good. The best part is anmation and especially Vika. Super lux girl! All the the personal is nice and friendly. Food is good and you can choose what you prefer. Hotel is clean. Bassein is clean. Hotel is near the city center and good location.

Me and my partner recently stayed in this hotel in the last couple of weeks. I have to say the customer service (Natalia customer relations) was second to none). Muhammed behind the bar is really friendly chatty and again a lovely person. Gurkan and spa team we excellent great deals and the massage's Were worth every single penny.. Bekir the photographer at the hotel is fantastic at his job and took some really lovely pictures of us and family as well. I would highly recommend this to anybody once again friendly approachable chatty and professional. Everybody we encountered was friendly at the hotel the staff second to none. Definitely a five star rating from us. The food was excellent and the room clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning.

We went for 10 days at the end of April 2025. What a wonderful experience, coming from experienced world travelers. This hotel is exceptionally well led and looked after with friendly management and staff. We were very well looked after, a fantastic crew, attentive and friendly, always helpful. A great location, a lot of things to explore, good pool, hotel activities, off-site beach a short walk away, allowing for a variety of outside things to do. The food was exactly what we were looking for, very fresh and wholesome, making it easy to eat well and healthy. We will surely come again when back in Europe, we miss it already.
