Budget hotel with basic facilities. Rooms clean but dated. Bed linen and towels a bit threadbare. Good pool on site. Hotel is in a very central location near to both town centre bars/ shops, and the beach and marina. Continental style breakfast was OK. Evening meal was a bit hit and miss. The majority of guests are Eastern European so menu is geared up to their tastes I guess. No lifts to upper floors. Staff generally helpful. Limited English spoken.

Excellent service, Friendly staff, clean, Great Pool, The best small hotel pool in Kemer. Great food. This is our 2nd time we holiday here, and we recommend it. The hotel location is wonderful, in the city center, near theshopping street, 10 min by walk to the beach.

Great location, Excellent food and hospitality, the manager is very dedicated to making you feel welcome and safe. The food is always fresh with salads and home cooked meals. The pools is very nice and private. The staff are dedicated and always professional. Overall best Price Quality hotel. If you are on a limited budget, this is the place to stay. We stayed 3 times in this hotel and the service was always the same quality. I warmly recommend.

Hôtel manquant de fraîcheur, un petit coup de neuf lui ferait du bien. Le hammam n’est pas chaud, par contre les massages sont excellents, surtout Nathalia masse divinement bien. Le personnel n’est pas très souriant, c’est regrettable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon , vraiment à côté du centre. Idéal pour acheter des copies.

Посетив отель Wasserman в июне.Остался недоволен,отель старый давно без ремонта.В ванной комнате не работает слив воды.После душа.Скудеые завтраки и ужин.На рессепшен не воспринимают притензий.Говорят что и так пойдет.Директор отеля Владимир. Еще иот тип Родом из перми.Явно не платит налоги.Так как хотел перекинуть деньги.А он сказал что бы я не писал что оплата за отель.Как таких мутных держат в турции.Весь отжых испорчен.

Майские каникулы в Кемере прошли великолепно и с комфортом. Останавилась в отеле Wasserman. Отзывов о них много, на них и ориентировалась и не прогадала. Радушный прием, вкусная еда, очень уютно, чисто. Все что нужно в отеле есть при этом бюджетно. Спасибо ребятам за гостепреимство!

Проживали в отеле 6 ночей в октябре 2022г. стоимость 11.5т.р. за 2-их. Отель соответствует своей ценовой категории и звездности - очень удобное расположение, тихо и чисто. Питание HB, завтраки как во всех турецких тройках, на ужин первое, второе, салаты, виноград, напитки. Все хорошо приготвлено, но без преправ (добавляете сами). Повару спасибо! В отеле всегда чистый бассейн, лежаки, в номерах большие балконы с пластикой мебелью. Интернет и сейф платные. К недостаткам отеля могу отнести его возраст (мебель, ремонт, сантехника), отсутствие горячей воды в душе (то холодная, то теплая, приходится долго сливать) и нежелание менеджера отеля идти навстречу гостям. О последнем подробнее: при заезде поселили в номер на ресепшене, на следующий день обратился к менеджеру с просьбой переселить (ночью было шумно - одни приезжают, другие уезжают, третьи весело проводят время), на что предложили переехать в другой отель, если что-то не нравится. За последующие 5 дней вопрос решен не был. Хотя с другой стороны понятно, что при цене 20 евро за номер с едой, отель очень востребован среди пенсионеров и мужчин призывного возраста. Погода во второй половине октября в Кемере не радовала - один солнечный день, в остальное время 20-21 градус, тучи, пару раз был дождик. Переехали в Лару (Тренди) погода все 5 дней отличная, да и вода потеплее.

У меня только положительные эмоции об этом отеле.О расположении писать не буду так как все подробно описали мои предшественники.Хочу написать о обслуживающем персоонале.Очень спокойные,внимательные,Любое пожелание выполняется с 1 раза.Отдельно хочу отметить отельного администратора АЯЗа.Мы с сестрой в этом отеле отдыхали уже третий раз.Аяз встречает гостей как родных.Выберет номер по вашим пожеланиям.Советую не раздумывая ехать только туда.Город Новосибирск
