We booked rooms with a sea view, even though they are more expensive, but

Poor, but for some people good option. We didn’t enjoy. Poor, very tired and low cost hotel. They ask money for safe, wi-fi, and see view, but see view rooms do not worth it. Food is good, and staff at the restaurante and some guys at the reception are nice, beach is at hand (though crowded at high season). Linen is old and weared, smell in the rooms.

First of all, the hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, and the MAXIMUM. The staff is not so friendly, the rooms are clean, but non-functional, outdoor air conditioning units are installed on the terraces, so when you go out on the terrace you get a heat stroke. The bathrooms have been renovated, but the shower cabins are too narrow and claustrophobic. Also, more attention is paid to the floors and the cleanliness of the marble slabs than to the tables at which meals are served. The cleaners clean under your table while you eat, moving the table and chairs for you. The tables in the garden are mostly dirty and greasy. The beach is a special story, rocky, the entrance to the water, you can break your leg. The same beach is used by the guests of three neighboring hotels, no one cares about it. People take up more sunbeds than they need and position them as they see fit, so you have to be a top athlete to get to the water! Individuals put towels on 2-3 sunbeds, and then lie down on others and occupy 4-5 sunbeds, no one to warn them. Also, people who are not guests of any hotel at all (they do not have wristbands from surrounding hotels) come to the beach and occupy the sunbeds, so it is very difficult to find a free sunbed at some point. All in all a beach disaster. Very often there is no coffee in the coffee machines, so you only get water. Waiters hate to wash cups, so drinks are most often served from plastic cups, of the worst quality. But the waiters are there first, to take the cakes before the guests, which are brought out around 5 p.m., for themselves. The food is always the same, only at dinner they can surprise you with a good meal, but that is also repeated, every 3 days, the same. As for the fruits they serve, most of them are unripe and not sweet, the oranges seem to have been standing there for days, dry and mushy, only watermelon can be sweet, but not every time. If you are sitting by the window of a restaurant while having lunch, do not be surprised that the cleaners come and start washing the windows with the assurance that "you don't mind them". In the rooms you get 2 or 3 bottles of water in the mini bar when you arrive and that's it! The description of the rooms states that they have water heaters, but they don't. All in all, it's not even for 3 stars, but for 2+.

Pros: First line and location. Somehow they clean it up... When I moved to another hotel (it was a planned move, and not because I didn’t want to be there), I forgot my blouse. I contacted the reception and they returned the blouse, thank you. Of the minuses: It’s so crowded on the beach that you can’t put your foot between the sun loungers. And this is not a turn of phrase, it is literally true. But there is a city beach nearby, a sun lounger for a dollar. We went there. In the sea, fish bite your legs, and very strongly. I've been to other hotels and this didn't happen. No animation. Nearby at the Miranda Hotel there is a disco every evening, and everyone is allowed in (music, of course, a la Tender May, but at least it’s something). The atmosphere there is more pleasant. What surprised me was that the security was very vigilant. This is not bad, but... a friend came to visit me. She was staying at another hotel, but since she arrived very early, we wanted to stay with me until 12 o'clock, and then she would check into her hotel. From experience, I know that you can arrange a guest visit and the guest can be “visiting” until 23.00. Here they told me that it was possible to arrange a guest visit, but they would not let her go beyond the reception. As a result, we went to her hotel. She was accommodated there earlier; they let me see the room. They offered me coffee and said if I refused, they wouldn’t let me into her room. I refused, but they let me in))))) This is the difference in attitude towards guests... And also, for those who, like me, bought a tour to Bonn. They promised me a large window, but they put me in a room with almost no window. I asked, are all the rooms like this? The answer was, yes, everyone is like that.. Later, the regulars of this hotel told me that everyone is accommodated in Olympus. There are such narrow windows overlooking another hotel, and in Bonn there are really large windows, but people pay an extra $50 for that. I have not checked this information... In general, if the hotel is used for an overnight stay, then it is possible. But you can find cheaper accommodation for the night.
