The food is terrible. The pool is dirty, the sinks are dirty. The mini club is filthy. There are wall paint buckets open. There are huge pushpins. How will children spend their time in such a place? The area around the pools is very slippery. We made a reservation for 4 nights, so we checked out because we had a bad stomach the first day. The only good thing is the staff, there is nothing else, just stay in your tent and don't come here.

Friends, think carefully when coming to this hotel. We went to Jura hotels because the food, cleanliness, management, location on the beach are terrible, it's a shame for your money and time. Pay a few cents more, stay one night, go somewhere smart. What a shame for your stomach, your health, your soul and most importantly your time. There were even people who bought it from the agency and canceled it. Imagine the shock of the people. We had to because we bought it from the hotel. If they had said we would give some of our money, I would have taken it and run away. I added photos of the cleaned room. A thorough cleaning is done daily. The rooms are not bad, the only positive aspect is the daily evening live music style program. The pool is dirty and we never went in fearing we might get sick. The food and the ingredients used are very bad, we didn't even eat at all on the 3rd day, we ate outside, just imagine. The beach area has makeshift sun loungers, there are 20-30 sun loungers gathered from left and right, half of them have no shade, they have a hut, the attendant gives drinks and water from the machine, I don't know, they call the toilet changing area shared with someone else. We went to the rink one day, we didn't go again, we went to paid places, you imagine. You go to a 5-star hotel, you can't eat, you don't even want to use the beach or pool, it's a shame for your money. There are rooms below the ground floor of the hotel and also on the ground floor. I can't even imagine staying in these rooms, thank God we stayed on the last floor. I usually give good points to hotels. The human condition is deep, but this hotel is a wreck. I sent our hotel reservation message as a photo in case anyone thought it was fake.

I worked at this hotel and I still haven't gotten my break. Goodle, I made the guests write the comments. Hatrima gave 5 points and I improperly left. Don't believe the comments. Don't waste your money. Comments are fake. ..........!!!!!!!!!! The company still hasn't given me my salary

The hotel changed hands last year and we made a reservation for 7 nights, relying on the name of the Jura group. The hotel is never ready to provide services other than food and beverage. The rooms are in terrible condition. The ventilation in the toilet in the rooms is not working. When we conveyed the situation to the so-called manager of the hotel and his assistant (one was the human resources manager of the previous year? The other one came from another hotel of the Jura group 15 days ago), he said that he did not know the condition of the rooms, and the other said that every room was the same. It is an ideal hotel if you want to take a shower accompanied by the smell of your feces. Other issues are countless, the telephone cables in the rooms are cut, you have to go down to the reception yourself to report your problem. Televisions are tuned to B.C. and foreign channels. There is no cabin for the shower. We asked for a mop since the entire bathroom was flooded, but we were told there was a towel so we could dry ourselves with it. We started staying 1 day before the holiday, the pool was not cleaned and when we asked why, they said there was a storm, we sat by the pool all day that night and there was not even any wind. A business that makes fun of its customers. When I shared all these problems with the hotel managers(?), they said we would look into it after the holiday :) The important thing is that they get the money, make the reservation, and then the problems will be solved. If you want to be disgraced with your money, come here without thinking. Jura Group has done itself a shame by purchasing such a business.

Отлично отдохнули в июле 2024. Был очень ограничен бюджет, но получили просто прекрасные впечатления. Отель хороший, очень бюджетная 5ка. Но классные бассейны, горки, бары, еда, море чистейшее, горы на фоне. Номер аж на 4х забронировали за 88 тыс на 10 дней, включая младенца (выделили манеж-кроватку). В сравнении с Анальей в 2023 просто сказка. Не так жарко и очень чисто. Вода прекраснейшая. Из минусов в наш приезд не работал вай фай (но нам хватило мобильного интернета с головой) и не работали сауна и хамам, номера конечно подуставшие, но это не критично. Всем рекомендую!

L’accueil est jolie mais tout l’hôtel est horrible mon dieu. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt une résidence pour les travailleurs kurdes turques. En plus il est noté 4 étoiles franchement mondial tourisme à revu à la baisse ses standards des hôtels… car un hôtel comme ça n’a même pas le droit d’avoir une étoile, les chambres horribles sales beaucoup d’humidité sa sent mauvais. À fuir plus jamais cette hôtel d’ailleurs le lendemain on a réservé un autre hôtel 5 étoiles. On a préférée fuir cette hôtel et payer 150€ plus cher que de rester à l’hôtel
