Drinks are served in plastic cups. Everything is limited, entrance to the Turkish bath and sauna is free between 12 and 14.00. We cannot use it due to the hotel entrance and exit times. The food is mediocre. In drinks. The rooms are very dirty. We paid little, but my money went to waste. I definitely do not recommend

I cant even begin to explain how bad this hotel is the bar man told my son who has learning disabilities that he had slit a cats throat last nite this really upset my son as we have 7 cats at home i was disgusting with this comment and all staff at reception could do was laugh not funny.they hate cats at this awful hotel my room stunk.of cat pee when i arrived it was filthy i requested to be moved the air con worked then stopped working sick of going to reception to be spoken to like a piece of crap food well disgusting flies all over it entertaintment staff do the best under the circumstances the manager is very rude and unhelpful when my son gets assaulted by a turkish guest dont want to know full of french german and very rude turkish people the owner even slapped a worker infront of loads of other guests no respect at all AVOID THIS HOTEL NOT UNLESS UR VERY DESPERATE .

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was dirty from check in, with hair on the floor, holes in the walls and uncovered electrical wires.The bathroom was in a deplorable state. We went twice a day to the reception for the sheets and towels to be changed and no one came. I had to hunt down a housekeeper to get clean sheets and towels. The all inclusive was lacking, with no variety of food and drinks. The beach was in a deplorable state, just like the hotel. The service was absolutely appalling. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Discusting, filthy Hotel. Mould in bathroom. Rooms not cleaned. Food not labelled that's if you get some. Make sure it's cooked including the chips. Pools murky. Nobody speaks English at the reception and you just get laughed at. We met a couple of lovely families from England who we all tried to make the best of what we had. Please don't book this hotel.

I have reluctantly gave this a 1star just so I could write this review. Where do I start the staff are disgustingly rude. The pools look like they have had milk poured plus have mould. My 1st room i was given had exposed wires to the point that my 6year old son was nearly electrocuted. The 2nd room I was given they tried to charge me £50 which is riddled with ants has mould and best of all the wall is crumbling. The entertainment do nothing but make inappropriate comments to my 14year old who has SEN. The only good thing about my holiday here is the English people we have made friends with. My advice avoid this hotel at all costs £3,354.54 straight down the drain.

Woupdnt ever step foot in this hotel ever again and hopefully people see and reconise how bad this hotel really is, soon as i arrived i wanted to leave and try get another hotel, none of the rooms were cleaned from previous guest, the bathroom is full of mold, beds were not made, nothing was cleaned at all. No one spoke even tinest bit of english. Staff were rude when you were trying to translate. The pool area dusent get cleaned, slides have mold on the stairs upto slides and the platform the sides are on is rotted steel you can feel the whole structure moving, pool water is hazey and they clean the pool toilet and squeedgie the water into the pool from the toilets.
