The hotel is needing a up grade on rooms , it is a Muslim country so all-inclusive is limit to beer , wine and soft drinks only in hotel , the chef is absolutely amazing and works around your needs , bar staff what can I say and restaurant staff absolutely amazing .and big shout out to the bar nd restaurant manager , it is more for Russian hotel then English, but they went above and beyond to look after us as im limited due to health issues , brought food nd drink to my table , and reserve my table for me due to this even went took us out on our last night after they finished work highly recommended to stay will go back again .

I’m probably the least fussy person when it comes to stuff like this but I have never been to such a terrible “hotel”. For starters theres no snacks at the snack bar, just tap water, vodka or beer and you have to wait till the set times for breakfast lunch and dinner, even though before I booked it, it said there will be snacks at the snack bar. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner made me ill first day, I’ll try go to breakfast tomorrow to show you that the boiled eggs are literally green inside, cheap but defo not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend at all, spent £400+ on all inclusive then had to eat out everyday. The only good thing I have to say is that I’m happy I don’t have to come here again

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I have never seen a hotel this bad and I’ve stayed in budget b&b/ hotels before. The lift was out of order and we were placed on the top floor, no help offered for carrying our suitcases upstairs at 11pm after a long flight with delays. I did not sleep at all as it was too dirty instead I found a new hotel nearby which was absolutely brilliant. The locals even said this hotel is really bad everyone complains. It should not be in business. The toilet was black, the sink had never been cleaned or the shower. The fridge was disgusting too. Floors not cleaned. We had to go to the shops at 12am to buy cleaning products just so I could clean to bathroom to use it. Vile hotel and the staff were not helpful at all. There were no lights at night in the corridor and stairs which is so dangerous we had to use our phone lights. The worker just laughed as we mentioned it. This hotel needs to be closed down

The hotel itself has old furniture and is quite an economical option, the food for vegetarians is delicious, the hotel fully justifies its low cost. The best thing in the hotel is the amazing massage and hammam, in 3 sessions they completely removed the tension in the back and neck, and back pain, it is rare to meet such a master!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No curtains in room other than nets..so zero privacy and no darkness. Staff do not speak a word of English..even tho website says they do..no internet..unless you pay per device..and they only accept cash..in € or $. All inclusive bar is limited to beer or soft drink. Staff are unfriendly and do not give a damn about customer service. Rooms dated and bathroom dirty. I have travelled to 3rd world countries on a budget and had better hotels

Really bad place rude and aggressive staff .food was awful foreign guest pushed you out the way they had to be first room dirty bad mattress full of stains had to be swapped air conditioning was spraying water over beds beer and bad wine only bar staff dint want to serve you

Hello. This was the first time that we were in Turkey. Thought 4 star hotel should work. God I was wrong. The worst hotel i have ever been to. In the first 15 minutes i had already changed the number because in the first we saw blood on the floor. I will add photo. The toilet was dirty like never cleaned. Same thing with the other room we got. Food awful, old. In the morning the cook was cooking omlet with an old and dirty wall patting tool from construction. No fruits whatsoever, even no glasses for drinks. So funny that they even re-use the one time plastic cups. No wi-fi also. The hotels staff is just funny. Can’t even find anyone that works there. They should take away the stars from this hotel. Lesson learned anyway, the photos are lies and should have read reviews. Be careful and choose wisely!!

During my vacation in Kemer, in the Kiris district, I had the great fortune of experiencing a massage with Burak Aydin – and I was absolutely thrilled. Burak Aydin is not only very friendly and professional, but also extremely talented. He won second place as the best masseur in Alanya – and you can tell right away! With great sensitivity and experience, he found exactly the right spots and specifically relieved my tension. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very pleasant – ideal for relaxation. I felt reborn after the treatment. Anyone vacationing in Kemer/Kiris should definitely not miss a massage with Burak Aydin. Highly recommended!
