Staff were very accommodated with issues we had with heat now working in our room.

Unnecessary credit card fraud risk! Overall the hotel was fine; the room was clean, heater functioned, water sufficiently warm, breakfast was good with a waffle and fresh fruit. My concern was the check in process, where the desk clerk took my credit card and photocopied it. I asked why she did this, and was told they need a copy of my credit card to cover any damages or incidentals. I replied that every other hotel I have stayed in worldwide would create a temporary billing to cover this, where I would maintain possession of my credit card, using the handheld terminal to approve the temporary charge, which would be canceled upon check out. It’s 2024, in this digital age, there is no need to photocopy your guests’ credit cards. And now, I worry that the staff, their associates, or anyone going through the hotel’s garbage has my credit card info for making fraudulent purchases online. I will be writing to Travelodge head office to ask that none of their locations either take possession nor photocopy any guest’s credit card.

We always have a fantastic stay there very clean, very quiet quite lovely. Actually we have stayed there now four times and we always look forward to going back.❤️

The bed sheets had not been changed from previous guests. The sheets had been just straighten out, and there was body hair and dirty.

Not great...no desk chair in room. Check in more worried about where the room was going to be in the hotel vs what was requested. Blurry TV. Noisy neighbour. Tired and dated....priced about right

Was booked for 5 nights at this hotel, chose to relocate to a different hotel (knowing I prepaid a non refundable rate). The staff did not seem to care about the uncleanliness of their hotel admitting they do not wash the duvet covers regularity….cobwebs, brown drips, spills and toothpaste on walls, smeared wipe marks on microwave, build up of dust, and dirt on carpet along the walls where the vacuum couldn’t reach. The morning breakfast was minimal ( in comparison to the hotel I relocated to). Other more minor inconveniences, sour coffee creamers and a malfunctioning refrigerator (froze everything inside, even at low temp setting). We also had concerns about our vehicle with sketchy people lingering in the parking lot. This hotel should not be comparable in price to the other name brand hotels in OS. The other hotel I relocated to (Comfort Inn) was meticulous, and had an amazing front desk staff!

Lots of black hairs on pillows and bath floor. Dirty walls, doors. Sorry, but have to be honest for others

Breakfast was limited and few things..l be honestly l don’t like their breakfast menu.very poor service
