The place is so convenient..everything we need is all in the place…the cleanliness is good too..the bathroom is so spacious and organize..the fun we are missing is the outdoor pool and we can’t swim coz it’s cold outside..

Very happy at stay of the hotel. Will stay here again if coming to Kelowna.

The hotel is very cost-effective. This time, our children went on a spring break trip. We booked Fairfield in three different places. All of them were good! The service was of uniform standard and very user-friendly! The room was large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities! Free breakfast, good dining environment, free coffee and tea at the dining area all day long, you can take it yourself. The stay experience was very good!

Nearly 1400 RMB a day. The curtains don't block light and are full of gaps. The room is not soundproof at all. In the morning, it was probably the cleaning staff who kept opening and closing the door next door, which was very noisy! It turns out that Marriott also has such a rubbish hotel. I was lucky to book it for one day and left decisively the next day. It's really bad. The video has been uploaded. This 1400 is a ** stay.

We agreed to clean up the room at 11:00 the next morning. When I came back from the evening trip, I found that the room was not cleaned. Forget it. I needed to change the towel when I hit the counter. I didn't arrive for half an hour. I went out to the counter and told him that I still When the room was not cleaned and I needed to change new towels, I didn't even look up to deliver the towels to the room, and told me that I could get the room by myself 🙄 This is the first time I stayed in a hotel with such an attitude, I am speechless!

Convenient hotel, free breakfast included, no work done, relatively rushed, not bad

This hotel was very comfortable, quiet with wonderful staff and daily service plus great breakfast

Excellent customer service, well-kept premises with a hot tub and outdoor pool, breakfast buffet had a good selection for all age groups and diets.

We had a great stay! Beds are comfortable, room was clean, checkin/out were seamless. All in all would definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night as a stopover after our flight. The hotel met our needs overall. Pros: - The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lots of hot food - sausages, waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurts, eggs, omelette just to name a few... very good. - Numerous restaurants close by within walking distance and also a Walmart in case you need to pick up any groceries. There is also a small "convenience store" in the lobby with snacks etc, and prices were not extremely outrageous. - Netflix available on the TV's in the rooms Cons: - I was disappointed in the fact that when I made the booking one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it included a free shuttle from the airport, and was told to call back a few weeks in advance of my stay to reserve the shuttle time. When i did call back to reserve my shuttle time I was told that the shuttle had been discontinued, and having booked a non refundable rate I was unable to change my booking to another hotel which may have been able to provide shuttle service. I was also told by the front desk that a taxi would cost about $15 each way from the airport - when in fact it was $30 for one way. We opted for Uber instead on our return trip which was just under $25 to the airport. - We found the beds to be a bit hard and uncomfortable for our liking.

All great like last time. Good location. Friendly helpful personnel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
