Hotels Near Summarecon Mall Serpong in Kelapa Dua

On first impressions this hotel presents as nice definitely above average but not awe inspiring, it is reasonably priced and there's definitely no complaints on value for money. Then something else stands stands out, it took me a few minutes to realise this at first but the staff all knew my name. I felt welcome, wanted, and coming from someone who travels a lot hotels are normally very disassociated places you goto stay, you're just another generic face in another generic room recieving yet another generic smile from dare I say it another generic hotelier. The thing I couldn't put my finger on at first was here didn't feel like that at all. I could complain about a few things in this review but I refuse to, I will tell the hotel manager directly. This hotel doesn't deserve any bad reviews at all, it has a soul and the staff all reflect that even the not so great members of staff you can see that they're really trying to please you and it's just language that is the barrier. Room service is second to none. The laundry service is included in that very moderately priced room 4/5 items of clothes washed per day and returned to you in an immaculate state wrapped in polythene like it's the most important item of clothing ever produced. So it's clear to see I was impressed by the laundry service. The next service which is more personal to all travellers is the room cleaning service, I've had to leave my room in some states because of working hours. I returned to a room with folded clothes placed neatly in my wardrobe my mess all arranged and tidy. Sparkling floors and fresh finished bathroom, it was above and beyond anything I've ever received in any hotel, in case the hotel do not know how extremely professional their staff are I will mention her by name 'Paula' was the name of miracle woman who kept my life in order while I stayed here at the Atria. I didn't have to tip her and at first I didn't but the consistency and welcoming smile everyday, plus the innate feeling of security for my personal belongings compelled me to show some sign of appreciation for her dedication. Paula you are a credit to the Atria I mention her by name because she was the one who did my room all the staff at the Atria were extremely polite even the security staff who made calls and provided transport when I requested at short notice. Thank you to all! The next is Atria management who weren't locked away in an office all day but were actively visible to guests and accessible by staff very quickly. Ms Yunita I cannot thank you enough for the out of hours support you provided AFTER I checked out to go home following the airport issues I had, it's this response to a guest you had no reason to help which compelled me more than anything to write this review. If you are looking for a hotel in Jakarta and you want to feel safe and secure and actually be safe and secure the Atria Residences is the hotel for you. Enjoy your stay you won't regret it.

Wonderful stay at atria hotel gading serpong! Excellent service from Ms. Adele at the front desk🥰🫶🏼 stay comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was good, very nice set up menu at the restaurant❤️✨ Thank youu guys

The cleanliness need to improve. I got 2 towel in the bathroom, and one of them is still wet when i check in. Still got hair on all the table in the room. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet still not bad and the server very efficient as well. Overall is ok, just cleanliness must be improved!

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Visiting Indonesia from Miami, FL USA. JHL Gading Serpong was a 5 star experience! Ms. Fretty went above and beyond for our hotel experience. She provided excellent service, a kind/professional manner and graciously provided us with a beautiful room with panoramic views in the Executive Suite. Without hesitation JHL Gading Serpong will be my hotel of choice and booked without a doubt on my next stay! Thank you kindly to all of the amazing staff that made our stay so special!….. The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

This hotel is really bad. When i first came in, the bed sheet is dirty with some yellow stain and blood stain. The my daughter want to go swimming and i reach for their towel, and the towel stink like some wet foot. I complaint to the receptionist and they said the cleaning service will come and help cleaning it again. They came with a big trolley full of dirty bed sheet, because from the whole trolley, all the new bed sheet have a stain or some dirt in it. They said the laundry is awful and pl i believe them. They have to take extra from the office or whatever and still there is no clean bed sheet. I came to the point to ask this lady who looks like the manager or the the head of the cleaning team, is there any other guest who complained about this awfully dirty bed sheet, i mean how could you operate a hotel with no clean bed sheet and white towel??? for some reason she said NO one complaint. ok that mean from her perspective my complaint is just not normal. At first i already settled with the fact that it was the laundry problem who gave them bad work but now, i think the hotel is the one who didn't know what is a clean hotel. The room doesn't have any hairdryer and no refrigerator as well. The bathroom showerhead is damage and dirty too. There's mold everywhere. I proof it with some picture. The new hotel so comfort for staying. All Young staff very helpful, nice design for take a picture, strategic location, clean restaurant and humble pretty waitress. Thank you ms. Julia for helping us during my family holiday. And also the Receptionist very helpful with fast check in.. #nice hotel VI VE RE

No shoes, no cleaning the next day, no bath towels and towels were changed the next day

My 3rd time to stay here, its nice place to spend time with families Villas already old, need improvement, the facilities all are good
