前台很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住，前台接待小趙服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富，早餐味道好，早餐品種多，早餐很多好吃，早餐性價比高，客服服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台服務很及時，前台積極幫我處理問題很棒

前台服務非常差，去的時候前台正在睡覺，估計被吵醒全程不耐煩的辦理完入住。到的時候是半夜，第二天一早就走，有個孩子，想問問能否升級房間，前台不耐煩的回答不行，諮詢升級房型加多少錢，前台態度很差的讓我們自己看攜程。總之，非常差

很不錯的一家酒店，乾淨，衞生，環境很好，也很安靜，房間設施比較新，床品也比較新，有自己的停車場，車位也很大。酒店出門不遠就是城牆，夜景還不錯，選擇這家酒店很滿意。
