Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.

I went there accidentally due to I need an urgent stay at Cirebon. All other hotels were full booked, and only this hotel had available connecting room for 4 persons at the time. Online reviews are great, however, the actual exp was totally different. Makes me sceptical about the truth of the other review. 1. The AC is leaking ALL night! Makes everything underneath get wet. This has been mentioned online by someone on the internet. However, I don’t expect them to not fix it asap. They know about it, they do not tell you about it, they do not fix it, and they do not do anything to minimize the leaking. 2. The walls are thin enough for you to hear everything around your room, from sneeze to moving chair. 3. The shower is rusty and leaking. Makes it even scarier to use them. 4. The bathroom door is very hard to close due to it’s draging to the floor, makes uncomfortable noise and resistance every time you try to open or close it. This hotel is only 3 stars, but I think this is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Totally not recomended.

Just book this hotel when im at the parking lot as turna out i forgot to book. Its easy, quick, receptionist has no issue related to reservations. Got upgrade 1 lvl.

On my way bu train I had to book a hotel for one night in Cirebon. So many offers, but Metland hotel stood out. First the location from railway station to hotel. 5 minutes walk. Checkin lady was so friendly, room was neat, great matress, a/c working, tv and nice barhroom with hot/cold shower. The most surprising was the internet connection; was stable and fast! Breakfast was more I hoped for. Indonesian and western style, a kot to choose from. Again service was so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

i do wish this hotel has swimming pool, so i can give 5 ratings instead of 4. i had a business trip to cirebon and stay here for 1 night. breakfast was so so, standard 3 star hotel. service was excellent from the reception, facility good. but... i had a corner room that was near to a kind of machine or water pump i don't know. i was to tired to ask change the room.

Good food, good place Staf was friendly, nice ambience with gratis service. Thanks to ceria from restaurant for being of the most respectful service treatment that i ever had. To those who wants tp visit Cirebon city, this hotel is highly recommended!

Stay here to attend family wedding, arrive here afternoon time , room is prepared and clean , facility complete but old , Air Con working fine its clean and cooling, hotel has big swimming pool, parking lot is spacious and secure. staff is friendly and helpful , WIFI is working not a super fast line doh but it's OK for you to read email or WA but not OK for streaming, breakfast was OK , the food is OK. one minus thing here is the room and corridor smelly with the cigarette , the smell so strong i can still smell it behind my room door.

I finally returned to stay at this Hotel after a few years ago. Good service, friendly and very helpful guests, offset the quality of the room as well as clean inclusive. Why would I say a romantic and strategic hotel?? Because across the hotel there is a pretty spectacular and complete mall, then just a walk we can get a delicious and famous Cirebon signature dishes. Call it Jamblang Mang Dul Rice, Empal Gentong bang JT, Nasi Lengko, know the jrot and so on. Then on the top floor of the Hotel there is a very exotic pool combined with an open lounge for sitting and looking at the city of Cirebon from the height. The salad selection is also very complete, from a few main course shallow stehl from 5 sd 6 sauces, special stehl shrimp rice, omellete, bread and jam, juice, fruit, cake, chicken porridge, to salads. For travelers, I recommend staying at this hotel, will be satisfied.
