Grage Grand Business Hotel Cirebon

Location near shopping center. Parking is not organized. There is no basement so vehicles park in front of the hotel without shade. Standard room quality. Not fragrant. There is a lot of dirt and dust under the mattress. The electric kettle cover is loose and crusty. Internet connection with TV is bad so it often goes off. There are no TV operating instructions. Pillow cases have lots of yellow stains. Towels do not absorb water. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights with a room that included breakfast with my husband and 3-year-old child. When I was in the toilet, there was a staff waiting in front of the door. It felt super uncomfortable. During 2 breakfasts at the restaurant, I had a SUPER BAD experience throughout my history of staying at many hotels. On Day 1, I had to pay for my 3-year-old child's breakfast. I said that my child was only 3 years old, but there was no response and no explanation/at least the staff showed me the regulations but I was still told to pay. On Day 2, my husband had breakfast first and I planned to follow because my child was still sleeping. It turned out that my husband took away (all the menus were taken by the staff without asking for details and they said they would deliver them directly to the table) which contained 3 breads, spicy fried rice, spicy vegetables, spicy side dishes, chili sauce and cut fruit. Because I have stomach acid and can't eat spicy food, I went down to the restaurant. Asked the front staff of the restaurant if I could go in for breakfast because all the takeaways were spicy and I can't eat spicy food. I was not allowed to have breakfast because my husband had already taken away, if I WANT BREAKFAST YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. What the ****! I left right away. How can a 3-star hotel have this bad restaurant service. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! ONLY STAY HERE THIS ONCE.
