Do better, learn how to manage early check ins. The stay was for a family wedding. I had reserved 2 rooms at $329.00ea!! I inquired on 4 different occasions for an early check in due to the wedding being at 4:00. Just one room would be great. Each time I was told that they could not guarantee an early check in but they can offer private bathrooms off the lobby to be used. I thought odd by Ok we can make that work. Upon arrival at 3:00 again I was told sorry no early check in rooms are available. Wait, you offer early check in rooms? Odd when I reserved the rooms months earlier I was told no. But moving on we have a wedding in an hour. I said we can make it work and we were shown the way to a door marked “WOMAN” As the clerk tapped the key card a woman came out. Her shirt was stained with blood. Her forehead and eye area all banged up ans bandaged. Oddly she stated that they couldn’t check in early so they went for a walk And she tripped and fell.) I looked at the clerk and asked is this a public bathroom ? Yes she replied it’s all we can do. Oh for the 4 us -3 females and one male hmmmm/ Whatever we really don’t have a choice we have a wedding to get to. While we did what we had to in a double sick bathroom mirror and a handicap stall as a dressing room there were voices in the hall out side the bathroom 4-6 other guests were also looking to use the “private bathrooms” They were told would be available for use if an early check in wasn’t available. I suggested they take over the Men’s room as we did the Woman’s

The was a lack of late night dining and some of the guests were sketchy. And there were some scary people loitering around the property.

I was on the second floor and could hear people yelling all night! Noise didn’t stop until 1 am. Dirty hotel will never book another courtyard again

The city had a water main break. We found out from a local restaurant that you could not use the water for the next 4 days. When we asked the hotel. The one lady at the front desk laughed about it and said yeah just go buy bottled water. They gave us no water for our room even though the town was told the water was contaminated and to not use it at all.

Highly recommended Great location, super clean, team had great vibe/attitude, every was incredibly helpful on local recommendations. Already booked our next stay!

Our stay checked off most of the boxes of what we needed. Everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Disappointed that the pool was closed, and in the room, the mattress was pretty old and saggy. Overall would absolutely stay here again !
