Stayed here for a night on a trip out west. Couldn’t fault the service. Room had the best view of Keel beach. House is about 5 minutes walk from the main street (probably the only street in Keel), easy for restaurants and beach (had sauna on beach after a brisk dip in the sea). Breakfast the morning was great, will stay again.

Pro- cleanliness, good breakfast, nice location Con’s - overpriced, very dated, small rooms- difficult to even open suitcases, tiny bathroom, very uncomfortable mattress - Achill Island was definitely one of our touring highlights, but stay somewhere else.

Perfect location with great views of Keel bay and a nice central point for seeing Achill. We rented bikes from just up the road, drank fresh mountain water from a spring a few doors down and ate in restaurants within walking distance. It's a typical, old fashioned B and B. Everything you need really but a bit dated looking in this day and age. Lovely breakfast and home made marmelade!

Facilities as advertised. The view from the room was magnificent and the location ideal. Safe parking available on site. Breakfast was also delicious. Room was small but for our travel purposes we didn't need more space. Unfortunately the noise from other rooms is a bit of a drawback. And a kettle/coffee maker facility, even if shared, would be welcomed.
