Votel Nirmala Hotel Malang

This hotel is the worst, dirtiest, and most shabby hotel we have ever stayed in during our trip to Indonesia. At first, I saw that the bathroom was leaking badly, and the water could enter the room. I asked for a room change, but was told that I couldn't change it, so this was the only room left. I had to make do with it, but I saw there was soot on the countertop, the sheets were dirty and black, and the floor was covered in thick dust. The bathroom door couldn't be opened after it was closed, it was stuck, and it took me a long time to open it. There is also a large mosque next to it, and the sound of prayers in the middle of the night and early in the morning is so loud that I can't sleep... There is no table in the whole room, and all the food is placed on the bed. I really want to move out of a hotel like this, even if I don't get my money back. In short, absolutely bad review! A hotel like this that costs more than 100 yuan is a rip off to guests and must be completely rectified!
