Мы с семьей( нас 5 человек 2 взрослых и 3 детей). забронировали отель. Из-за огромной очереди на таможне опоздали до указанного время( 22.00) на заселение. Мы заранее сообщили, что задерживаемся. Представитель отеля нам сказал, чтоб мы ему позвонили за полчаса до приезда. После чего отключил телефон. И аннулировал бронь. Семья ночевала в легковой машине в 5. Деньги( 92.50евро)пытаемся вернуть. Я думаю, что когда отель находиться в близи границы, он должен быть готов к тому, что гости опаздывают не по своей вине. И можно как то идти им на уступку и понимать, что это сверх тяжело отстоять 5 часов на границе, а потом не иметь возможности поспать в кровати. тем более, что деньги не были возвращены и не было сообщено клиенту по телефону о намерениях, аннулировать бронь!
