Room had everything we needed though more than 2 towels would be good. Hotel is conveniently connected to mall which made it easy for grocery shopping and dining. Pool didn’t seem very clean. Gym was basic but functional

There is a shopping mall next to it, similar to the Kyushu shopping mall in China.
It is not very convenient to take a taxi, and the location is far from the airport.

Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang

My Child's Diecast Car Toy Left Behind and Lost
Mba Ziezie is beautiful (really), the check-in process was fast even though we arrived at 10 pm, the room condition was OK, there is a pool for small children, no complaints for breakfast, maybe only about the limited car parking but the valet was kindly assisted by the hotel staff, I gave 3 stars because my child's diecast car toy (land cruiser LC300) was left in front of the deposit box, but when asked, it was no longer there (room 51X, forgot exactly)
