This place is extraordinarily overpriced for what it is. I expected much more amenities and service.
Although the staff were friendly and courteous, the place was fairly bland. The onsen was mediocre and there were no refreshments afterwards unless you wanted to go to a vending machine. Even Dormy Inn provides refreshments after the onsen but at Towado Hotel having to pay for them and not even the nice ones is ridiculous when you have to pay so much to stay here. The same for the relaxation chair. It is coin-operated not complementary.
I would not recommend staying here if youโre looking for a luxury experience because although you pay for that, itโs definitely nowhere near that. Our Western style room was very basic, and it just didnโt have those special finishing touches I had hoped for. ๏ฟผ

The location is right next to Lake Towada. You must stay for two nights to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the lakeside trail. Big recommendation!
The only drawback was that the waiter at breakfast was a bit arrogant. The other service staff and counter staff were all very nice, especially the counter staff who had to endure my broken Japanese and English, and asked Lele long questions. ๐
From winter season through April 22nd, free shuttle bus service departing from west exit of Hachinohe Station is available. Reservation must be made at least 3 days prior.

It's much better than the reviews I saw. However, the men's and women's hot spring bath is next door, which is a bit dangerous for women. It is recommended to install an electronic lock in the women's bath. The dinner is delicious every day. It is highly recommended if you want to experience Japanese style.

Older hot spring hotel, but the hot spring is OK, still satisfactory. One berth and two meals, food is OK, the elderly waiter service is very good. It is very convenient to be close to the Shiwatian Lake Pier and attractions, and you can take the bus to the Oo to enter the stream, praise. The room is OK, generally clean.
