Small, new and nice hotel in Gudauri resort run by very attentive personnel. Maya and Nadya are so welcoming! They made my stay! Rooms are clean and fresh, not big, has a shower in bathroom, no minibar, no tea and coffee facilities, has a balcony and amazing view! Ski in was available when ski out wasn’t because of the heavy snows so the pathway to the slopes from the hotel was under the snow. Yoy have to walk or the way you ski in to the hotel or walk down the hill blindly which is a bit dangerous. Hotel offers halfboard which includes breakfast and dinner. Timetable is not very convinient: breakfast from 08:30 till 10:00 a.m, dinner from 16:30 till 18:00. If you are spoiled customer you might find it a bit limited. Can’t say that you will have a rich choice. Overall I liked my stay and should say that this is their first season so they might do their homework and develop!
