The 3 and a half bubbles are not fair. There is nothing to complain or to say negative about this hotel. The rooms are big and beautiful, the buffet food is very good, the rooms and the hotel are clean, the facilities are all that you need, the entertainment teams for the kids is working tireless, the front desk is helpful and btw, we checked in around 13.30 and that was satisfactory
