I am an incredibly heat-loving person - in the morning I tried to open the window) this is the nuance of the room - well, let's say, I had to make enough effort. Then I got used to it. And some of the bulbs burned out, in the evening there was not enough lighting, but I did not tell the reception about it. Cleaning every day. Hot water from the first minute and good pressure. Every day they replenish the stocks of shampoo, conditioner, etc. In general - you can always find something to complain about, how critical is it? 3. Food - breakfasts, full, tasty, including sparkling wine) The only thing - I did not pay attention or did not see the division between the hot and cold station, so I could not understand why the pancakes with ham and cheese and with cottage cheese are always cold. It turns out you need to ask to heat them up in the microwave. And on weekends during rush hour there can be a queue. But there was always enough of everything. A special bow for normal mugs for tea, I am so annoyed by small coffee shops everywhere. Here, I sincerely thank you! 4. Location - the train station is 5 minutes walk, the airport - 30 minutes taxi, express from the train, everything is +/- 10 minutes by taxi. Kolkhozny market is 5 minutes walk, the local Arbat - 10 minutes walk. 5. The windows may overlook a construction site. They are open even on weekends. But in the morning - I run on excursions) and in the evening I don't care about the view) I travel a lot. The impression of a place is always a combination of factors, where the hotel plays a very important role. Everything matched! Thank you! Colleagues even clarified - this is definitely 4*, not 5*) and very friendly reception staff. The girls are extremely customer-oriented both at the reception and in the restaurant.
