At the spa reception, they offered me to have another massage, but to pay for it in full. I had limited time, since I had to leave that day. In total, the impression of the hotel and the staff was completely ruined - my problem was not solved in any way, the guilt was not made amends. I will not use their services again and I recommend everyone to refuse a massage in their spa center. I was surprised that the attitude of the staff to such mistakes in a high-level hotel can be indifferent.
