I stayed here for my birthday tis yr.everything was great. I used gym and sauna both 2days. Retreat. At breakfast one of the waitress sent me a small cake which I never mentioned birthday to them.somehow they noticed. Food also good.recommend for vacation.

A unique building, reminiscent of the Russian letter "Ш", according to the initial letter of the surname of its Yakov Shamov. Since 1921, the First City Clinical Hospital has been located here. Inside, there are interestingly decorated interiors of public areas, very spacious, especially in the glazed atrium formed by the very letter Sh. There is also a Sakura restaurant. The prices are high, but it's worth it. In the lobby, there is a red installation by modern Turkish sculptor Erdil Yaşaroğlu, showing the evolution from a box to Gena the crocodile through travel. The hotel itself is very beautiful and pleasant, but the service is at a very low level. I was shocked by the situation: the worst massage I have ever had. The masseuse was on her phone during the massage and barely massaged with one hand. Once again, when I turned around, when they were simply washing my neck with one hand, and with the other they were on their phone, the masseuse asked if this fact bothered me. I said yes, to which she replied that the quality of the massage does not suffer from this and she is bored, so she is on her phone. When I said that I would leave my review at the reception, she simply stopped the massage, it lasted 35 minutes instead of 1 hour 20 minutes. At the spa reception, they offered me to have another massage, but to pay for it in full. I had limited time, since I had to leave that day. In total, the impression of the hotel and the staff was completely ruined - my problem was not solved in any way, the guilt was not made amends. I will not use their services again and I recommend everyone to refuse a massage in their spa center. I was surprised that the attitude of the staff to such mistakes in a high-level hotel can be indifferent.

Мансардный премиум люкс без окон. Отключили воду с 10 до 7 утра! Попросили связаться менеджера , чекаут был утром, с нами никто не связался. Оставить людей без воды в отеле это не грязные полотенца и как минимум хотелось , чтобы отель вернул часть оплаты за ночь без воды ! Не советую отель. Буду составлять официальную претензию в отель. Это не 5 звезд!

Отель оставил только приятные впечатления 🥰 В день рождения супруга решили посетить спа-процедуры и приятно провести время. Утром позвонили, забронировали номер и время спа-процедуры. Примерно в 14.30 приехали в отель, заселили сразу. Отмечу, что персонал очень отзывчивый и компетентный. Интерьер отеля впечатлил, все лаконично, стильно. Номер светлый, просторный. Посетили спа процедуру массаж, скрабирование. Очень понравилось. Спасибо отелю за чудесно проведенное время.
