Останавливались в отеле на 3 ночи. Расположен отель очень удачно. До всех основных мест в городе в пределах 10-15 мин на машине. Стоит прямо на берегу Волги. Правда набережная закрыта и загорать и купаться в реке нельзя. Зато отель имеет несколько собственных бассейнов и много бесплатных шезлонгов. А для детей есть огромный аквапарк. Завтраки шикарные. Номера чистые. Приезжать надо летом. Будет полная имитация отдыха на море.

We had a good rest after a long journey. Modern rooms, cafe, parking, everything is convenient. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is so thought out. We now recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives when they travel in this direction.

I am writing a review on January 7, 2024. We planned a vacation with my husband and daughter, for 4 nights from January 4-8 we paid 107.000₽ Breakfast included. Breakfast is terrible! Terrible! Sausages reheated from yesterday. Potato pancakes sticky and raw, porridge overcooked. There are also paid breakfasts 🤣 I asked the counter to resolve the issue with breakfast, or switch the amount that was included for breakfast to paid. I didn’t just get a refusal, I got a complete roll of my eyes, they looked at me like beggars! In the cafe, the waitresses behave very arrogantly! This is the only place where there was never a desire to leave a tip! In the beauty salon, all services were on point and again the mannered girl ordered with her eyes. We arrived by car - there were no parking spaces!!! We had to look for parking in shopping center - and returned to the hotel by taxi!!! At the entrance to the hotel there is a flight inspection (of suitcases) The guys will not help in any way!!! They openly whisper while looking right at us! Think very carefully before choosing the Riviera Hotel! In my opinion, the only plus was the water park. But there are big minuses there too. There is nowhere to spread out at any time! They could have made opening hours for everyone from the street. But no, greed takes over!

I really liked the hotel! The room is clean, the linen is snow-white, the view from the window is amazing, especially at night! Breakfast 5+. We were also pleased with the restaurant, everything was very tasty! We were very pleased, we will definitely return to this hotel!

Linen is changed every day. Water, coffee, tea in the room is included in the price. The bar is paid. Excellent selection of TV channels. The shower cabin is tired. High-speed elevators. Breakfast is different every day, the selection of tasty treats is excellent. The water park is included in the price of this room. Beach holiday. We got tanned in outdoor pools in May. There are a lot of people. The hotel is excellent. I definitely recommend the water park. Ordering pizza to the hotel works. Alcohol and groceries are within a 10-minute walk.

My husband and I rested together in this hotel from 10/18 to 10/22. We came here purposefully, because of the good reviews and the water park. We arrived in our own car, so there were no problems checking in or waiting for our room. because We arrived exactly at 3 o'clock. We were accommodated in a room on the 15th floor, with a view of Leroy Merlin; the view was not important to us. The room is small, the double bed is more like a single bed. The husband is tall, 195 cm, his legs were hanging. Sleeping is uncomfortable, there is a risk of simply falling out of bed, because... the mattress squanders at the edge and you just roll off. One nightstand by the bed, not very comfortable. The room has a table, TV, floor lamp, a couple of chairs, a wardrobe and a hallway. There is also a refrigerator and a minibar (for a fee), free water, bathrobes, slippers, a safe, everything is standard. There is not enough space, the refrigerator got very hot and heated the countertop. We didn’t use the minibar, the prices were outrageous for us. The room also had a TV, a lot of channels, you can lie around and watch something in the evening. There is a problem with the Internet, at the reception downstairs the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, but on the 15th floor it is impossible to connect. There was a problem with the heating in the room, the radiators were cold, we voiced the problem at the reception - the issue was resolved, the room warmed up, it even became a little hot, they opened the window. The bathroom has a standard set, towels, soap and soap accessories (shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap), and a dispenser with shower gel hangs in the shower cabinet. The hair dryer is not very convenient; it heats up quickly and is uncomfortable to hold in your hands. Very good breakfasts, good choice, for every taste. There was a problem with places; the closer it got to the weekend, the more people there were, there weren’t enough places. The room rate also included access to the water park. The water park was a little disappointing. One of the pools was closed (wave pool), they opened it on Saturday and had time to swim there. Water park employees are on duty at all pools/slides. The water is quite cold, it was uncomfortable to be in the pool, which faces the street. We warmed up the water more or less on Saturday. Before this, you won’t be able to sit/swim normally in either the jacuzzi or the pool. Because of this, all the saunas/baths were full, because... people were just going to warm up. A lot of children, all the pools are filled with kids in vests, parents are drinking beer, kids are diving into the jacuzzi and in the pools upside down, although everywhere it says diving is prohibited, but who cared.... Therefore, there is no place for those who like to swim really well, the pools are small, and in splash pools, parents apparently are not very interested in sitting with their children and drag them into large pools. Here and there we heard noises from the rescuers who were chasing and scolding both the children and their parents. In one of the pools there is a bar, you can sit right in the water, beer/cocktails, prices are steep, but this is the case everywhere. There is a bistro on the 3rd floor, the prices are quite affordable, you can eat something hot. You can pay for drinks/food in the water park with a card, cash or a bracelet, BUT: you must put money on the bracelet. in advance, at the reception. Queue for a cup of coffee to buy at the Riviera Hotel. You can't find nearby cafes with a fire during the day. It’s expensive and pretentious, and you have to wait in a huge line to buy a cup of coffee. The service is not so great. The security guards are great at checking. But coffee sellers come to work late. There is a coffee shop, but there is no coffee maker. Then they heat up the coffee machine and you have to wait some more. I booked rooms and there were no less than 11 thousand.

It all started with the fact that we took a room with a panoramic view for 3 nights. Prices are appropriate. The room is certainly beautiful, but the view was spoiled by some kind of roof below and bottles lying on it (a cola bottle and something else). The room also included a one-time visit to the water park. The toilets in the water park are dirty, and there we walk barefoot, leaving our shoes behind, no matter how nice it is... they don’t keep an eye on cleanliness. The pool exits to the street - there is a large window from which impressively sized spiders hang. I don't understand why they don't clean it up. In my presence, teenagers tried to “wash away” these spiders from the window, and then their corpses floated with us... And since our room included a visit, we couldn’t visit one day, we decided to give the opportunity to visit to our brother... and we found out at the reception several times about this possibility and received a positive response. But in the end they didn’t let me in. It was so awkward. For some reason, the reception staff and the water park staff do not know about the regulations. Even if they don’t have to know this, they could answer “go there then” if they don’t know. Water park staff must write and notify that it is not possible to transfer the visit to third parties. So that such incidents would not happen. They like to take money, but they don’t treat it like a human being. I can mention one good thing: the breakfasts at the hotel are delicious and there is a lot of choice.
