Hotels with Bars in Kazan

Personally think that royal is still better next door. Although the royal is five stars and more expensive than the tower. The floor is not tall. The tower is very comfortable to see and the whole is old compared with the tower.

I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. But overall good experience except for the food part. I will definitely go there again. Also it's good and safe for solo women travellers. And it's well connected to other parts of the city.

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience we had with Luciano Spa hotel (read that review to avoid it). Shalyapin hotel, named after the famous Russian opera singer is located right on the pedestrian Bauman St, next door to the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral. We had the luck being allocated the room with Cathedral view. Hotel is nothing to write home about, yet decent with fair sized rooms and average breakfast. Unfortunately, at time of our stay the pool didn't work. I find it a good and economic hotel for any tourist stay in great location, more than double cheaper than Luciano.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many convenience stores nearby. There is also a nice mall. In addition to the slightly warm front desk. Everything else is fine.

I chose this hotel to stop in Kazan for 3 nights where I came to go for a walk. I always try to stay in the center to make it convenient to get out to the city and return to the hotel if I'm tired. I recommend this hotel to travelers in Kazan if (when) go again - I will stay there. Perfectly located hotel: 15 minutes by unspeed. The street of Ostrovsky, on which the hotel is located, passes parallel the pedestrian street of Bauman, on which all tourists go. But it is not noisy because there is no crowd of tourists, and the car traffic on Ostrovsky is not big. One of the few hotels on which I felt ”better than expected”: Looking at the photo I decided that I should make an amendment to the ”art of a photographer” but also the room and bathroom were really big. The furniture in the room is new and modern, which is good. The hearing between rooms was not: maybe I was lucky, or maybe sound isolation is really good. There is a teapot and bottled water in the room. The curtains on the windows are dense. Lights in Kazan early and the dense curtains are not extra. In the wardrobe 4 hangers. I had enough one, but here two would be small. However, it is likely that you can ask for extra. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, they brought 2! Respect! Safe, coat/shoots, minibar, even lay on the shelf a single haircut. Breakfast is a Swedish table. At my request, omlet with selected ingredients has been prepared. There are cashes/omlet/breads/couches, as well as, for those who want, dishes on a tighter basis. Several types of juice and tea/coffee from the coffee machine. Good and dense breakfast is important for me as it allows you to live until dinner at 5 p.m. when all the tours are over. The restaurant has 2 aquariums with neon and mosques, which apparently gave the name to the restaurant ”Aquarium.” Hard Quartet, no five-four luxury, but all necessary is eaten in good quality. I recommend to everyone.

Это тот случай, когда управляющие/владельцы бизнеса вкладываются, развивают и делают много для привлекательности отеля, а находятся исполнители на местах, которые свой глупостью и грубостью перечеркивают труд многих людей,. Из плюсов: Наш опыт в отеле складывался прекрасно. Заселили раньше времени, номер чистый, большой, удобные кровати, приветливые девушки на ресепшн. По запросу очень быстро и бокалы и тарелки принесут. Завтрак отличный. Из минусов: Один из номеров к нашему приходу на второй день не успели убрать, а пришли мы ближе к 16:00… Не очень хорошо уходила вода в душе. Закупать чуть качественнее шампуни или отдельно кондиционер, вода видимо жесткая и очень сушит волосы. Минусы минимальны, для меня никак не смазывая общие впечатления. Из треша: В день выезда был мой рождения. На завтрак всем по запросу наливают игристое. Завтрак в формате шведского стола (не ресторан или а ля карт). На вопрос мужа к администратору могут ли нам дать бокалы пустые (без их игристого), а мы выпьем свое, чтобы меня за завтраком поздравила семья ему выставили счет 300₽ в качестве пробкового сбора). В столовой-шведский стол (не ресторан). На бесплатном завтраке. Где наливают бесплатно игристое. С нас потребовали пробкой сбор за свое игристое, чтобы меня поздравили с др родные… 300₽ это конечно не тема для обсуждения. Но умудриться такой мелочью и так бездумно испортить все впечатление в последний день надо постараться. причем весь персонал/администраторы этой столовой максимально недружелюбные, даже на входе встречают с такими лицами, что неловко входить становиться…

Hello! We have a trip again and we travel to Kazan. Only 29 hours between the flights and 8-9 of them - sleep. Based on our experience, we booked at the beginning of an international, network, hotel. Then, assessing the distance from the historic centre (2.5 km) and time constraint, we decided to re-book at Imereti. In the photos we saw clean and tidy rooms, a fine breakfast and closeness to the historical part. The choice was made) From the airport we arrived relatively quickly, less than 35 minutes, but our flight was detained and at the hour was more than 21:00. We were settled quickly. By getting up to the room, we were sure of its cleanness and accuracy. Throwed bags and went to dinner and to get acquainted with the evening Kazan. The hotel is really in an abolished place! The walk to the Kremlin will take no more than 15 minutes. Back closer 23:00-23:30 we started to live. The room is spacious: with a table, a sofa, a bed. T-shaped. At first glance, a very small double bed was surprised. When booking, we marked a large bed, but we evidently have different views on the concept of ”big bed.” In addition, it was uncomfortable for me - the mattress was too soft (as in the perina falls). In the corner with the bed - a window with a view to a quiet street and a wide avenue. In the evening we noticed the berush on the tumbs on each side, but did not give this value. But for nothing. About 5:00-5:30 behind the window began to grow the traffic gul. By 6:30 it became constant and quite substantial. The sleep became surface and rushed. And by the time of the rise, in the area 8:00-8:30, there was a feeling of insomnia and ruin. I didn't sleep. And here you have to do something with this! Here it is probably the biggest and fat minus! In the bathroom everything is good - gently, correctly, clean. The shower cabin was correct and the water was hot). All the ingredients were in full volume and in their places. Awakening, we went for breakfast. Very worthy ”Swedish table” - from sweets to 2-eye eggs/omlets. Great eating! And strength was enough for a long time. The flight went on in the evening, and we were politely offered to leave things in the storage room. It was really under guard - there were separate cabinets with keys in the security service room. We folded our backpacks and until evening were with number and safety confidence. In the evening we quickly got things from the storage room and left to the airport. I can say that if not this morning noise, the hotel would be exactly the perfect copy of any European network hotel from 3 and above stars, but with a more modest cost. Breakfast and staff have partly compensated for it with their warning and politeness. The hotel is good, but it is worth specifying where the windows of the room come out. It is worth a strong sleep! Excellent value for money and good location. Kazan city is not big, so most attractions are within walking distance. Room facilities are good, and nearby restaurants are also ok.

At the moment we live in the hotel. I write, so say, on hot footprints. I want to warn you immediately that there are no claims to the hotel either for accommodation or the quality of the rooms. Everything is great. I want to share the experiences about the restaurant. It's just horror ! I haven't experienced this for a long time. They came to lunch, 3 adults and a child. No one was at all except us. They ordered, asked for beer and yoga to bring immediately. Beer was carried 15 minutes, brought without yoga. Then began miracles. Greenki brought in 49 minutes when the beer was almost drunk, brought cold. On the question : why ? - Administrator Camilla (in her words, although at the level of communication she does not pull on the waiter) replied that all claims to the chef and a lot of orders at all. My remark that we came earlier was left unnoticed, as was 95% of our wishes. 10 minutes later, the “new” yeasts were brought, in fact, cold and brought back. I myself cook and can distinguish the righteous from the sinner. Photo of the grill with roasted garlic , as well as the ”full” guest room is attached. Thank God, the food of the child was brought. That would be sad, though not fun. The pelmen forgot, the wife was hot (she ordered one dish at all) not even brought after an hour. Truff oil in the linguine with truffles was missing, vegetable cutting is disgusting, the quality of vegetables is worse than in the five. The staff barely crawled, did not respond to the call button. I don't know how to understand it, but we will never come here again and strongly recommend not to visit this restaurant at all. I spoiled all the positive impression of the hotel. Such staff I would fire. And by the way, the mega-occupied chef on whom Camilla hung all the dogs didn't come out to us.
