At the moment we live in the hotel. I write, so say, on hot footprints. I want to warn you immediately that there are no claims to the hotel either for accommodation or the quality of the rooms. Everything is great. I want to share the experiences about the restaurant. It's just horror ! I haven't experienced this for a long time. They came to lunch, 3 adults and a child. No one was at all except us. They ordered, asked for beer and yoga to bring immediately. Beer was carried 15 minutes, brought without yoga. Then began miracles. Greenki brought in 49 minutes when the beer was almost drunk, brought cold. On the question : why ? - Administrator Camilla (in her words, although at the level of communication she does not pull on the waiter) replied that all claims to the chef and a lot of orders at all. My remark that we came earlier was left unnoticed, as was 95% of our wishes. 10 minutes later, the “new” yeasts were brought, in fact, cold and brought back. I myself cook and can distinguish the righteous from the sinner. Photo of the grill with roasted garlic , as well as the ”full” guest room is attached. Thank God, the food of the child was brought. That would be sad, though not fun. The pelmen forgot, the wife was hot (she ordered one dish at all) not even brought after an hour. Truff oil in the linguine with truffles was missing, vegetable cutting is disgusting, the quality of vegetables is worse than in the five. The staff barely crawled, did not respond to the call button. I don't know how to understand it, but we will never come here again and strongly recommend not to visit this restaurant at all. I spoiled all the positive impression of the hotel. Such staff I would fire. And by the way, the mega-occupied chef on whom Camilla hung all the dogs didn't come out to us. Данный отель точно не 4 звезды, вообще не понятно как кто-то мог присвоить такую оценку. Люди, которые пишут восхищенные отзывы, видимо никогда не были в отелях 4* (можно просто сравнить с отелем Рамада (4*) или даже с Ибисом (3*), который имеет оценку ниже, чем Дом Волги. 1. отель находится на 3 этаже, первые два - клиника. каждое утро, спускаясь на завтрак/улицу наблюдаешь очередь из людей, которые пришли в клинику. каждый раз мелькает мысль «а не подхватишь ли ты какую-нибудь заразу?» 2. лифт конечно же отсутствует. каждый раз идешь по узкой крутой лестнице. если у вас высокий рост, то поднимайтесь аккуратно, чтобы не оставить шишку на голове, ударившись об потолок между 2-3 этажом 3. завтрак. спускаешься через очередь из людей в клинику. проходишь через какие-то бытовые помещения. по середине в комнате стоит круглый стол, за которым сидят все постояльцы данного заведения (отеля). Из еды: дранники, сырники, колбаса, сыр, овощи, блины, варенные сосиски, каша и яичница. если вам вдруг захочется выпить вторую чашку чая или кофе, будьте добры заплатить 50 рублей 😂 4. ну а теперь про номер. кратко: очень нуждается в капитальном ремонте. есть кондиционер (очень старый, но работает и на этом спасибо). есть телевизор (тоже работает). маленький холодильник. в номере оооочень темно, мало освещения. на полу валяются удлинители. шторы на окнах порваны, поэтому не удивляйтесь, когда ночью вам в глаз будет светить фонарь 👌🏻 на кровати одно одеяло и покрывало (на двоих), спинка от кровати живет своей жизнью, даже не пытайтесь на нее облокотиться (опасно для жизни). в ванной комнате душевая, раковина, зеркало и туалет. душевая кабина - все углы в черной плесени, слив забит => вода не уходит, чтобы настроить воду комфортной температуры нужно постараться. с раковиной проблема та же, только в несколько раз хуже, вода не уходит от слова совсем. уборка в номере происходит каждый день, она видимо заключается в том, чтобы заправить кровать. полотенца вам не поменяет никто (p.s. полотенца заменили спустя 4 дня), чайник в номере отсутствует, утюг и гладильная доска тоже, каждый раз нужно обращаться к администратору и просить (для отеля 4 звезды очень странная ситуация). 5. чтобы найти администратора или горничную, нужно очень постараться. админ, кстати, находится в отеле только до 4 часов, в остальное время все решает горничная. также горничная может быть в роли «официанта», который будет во время завтрака наливать вам кофе/чай или приносить тарелку, точнее указывать, где ее брать. 6. очень хорошая слышимость. Расположение шикарное, из плюсов все🤗 Абсолютно не было бы претензий к данному отелю, если бы не заявка в 4 звезды. Если бы было указано 2* или вообще без звезд, вопросов бы не было никаких. И вообще похоже на какой-то рехаб (навеяно вывеской между 2-3 этажом «врач нарколог-психиатр»)

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

Excellent hotel! Location/price/quality is the perfect ratio. In step-by-step accessibility the entire historic center of the city. In the hotel modern accurate interiors, new furniture. Cleaning every day, changing clothes every 3 days. In the family room 2 double beds, air conditioner, fan; a small cooler with a small fridge; a teapot, 4 cups with dishes and tea spoons. Couler in the hallway. The 3rd floor of the hotel is equipped with a ”kitchen” - in a large hall a table with a washing machine. A large refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric teapot, tea in bags, salt, sugar sand. The kitchen is zoned with sofas. We didn't use the kitchen, tc in the room we had everything we needed. The door to the room opens with a proxy card. Staff polite, welcoming, which is very important - all issues were solved quickly!!! The hotel is oriented to quiet quality rest of Kazan guests. On our experienced and critical look - 5 points out of 5.

Rested with the daughter from 27-29.07.23. The hotel is good. Unusual design. Settled an hour earlier, great thanks to the young man on the resepshen. Very polite, professional and kind young man. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked great. In the shower is very good water pressure ! Mini refrigerator, vent, everything, as stated. The room was lighting enough, the pillows were arranged the same way). I would probably only add a hanger for clothes. No sound isolation complained, it was very quiet. Couler on the floor in the corridor (the water was warm and the flow was very thin). When settled, 2 bottles of water were given free of charge. The location of the hotel is good, the truth is not quite the center, but also not far (bus + metro or only bus). With the adequate cost of the hotel, you can get to the center and by taxi, not expensive. We have hardly used public transport as it was very hot and it was very uncomfortable to be in it (no air conditioners in buses, hot furnaces at heat +34 . Also, buses stop early in the evenings ). Near the hotel network food stores, infrastructure is developed. In general, not even a bad hotel for this money.
