Shalyapin Palace Hotel

Завтрак отвратительный. Как для скота.. продукты с большим количеством плесени. На мое замечание я услышала: мы передадим В спа антисанитария, запах плесени, даже полотенце некуда положить.  Обслуживание равнодушное, на любой вопрос: ответ нет.  Очень дорогой отель и сервис и качество ниже некуда

The main advantage of the hotel is its location, right in the center, on a pedestrian street. The hotel itself was built with a claim to high class, but gives the impression of some desolation. Some things need cosmetic repairs, the window lock in the room was broken, because of which it did not close tightly and in strong winds a pile of snow formed on the windowsill (the window handle was broken, apparently someone had already tried to close it, but unsuccessfully). However, the room was warm thanks to well-functioning heating. The service is uneven. The maids worked well, cleaned regularly, efficiently, at the first request they very quickly brought an extra blanket. Another thing is the restaurant and bar. The service is a three, the waiters and bartender do not really know what the kitchen does, what drinks are available, etc. (it seems that no one has trained them). The cuisine is very weak, the food is not tasty, this is felt at breakfast. The waiters' work is so-so, even the labels for the dishes are mixed up or not there at all, the heating of the dishes barely works (hot is not hot, but slightly warm), the only toaster does not work (which is not scary, because there is no toast bread anyway). The breakfast menu is typical for many hotels, it is surprising that there is practically nothing from the national Tatar cuisine, even chak-chak is missing. In general, the hotel does not pull four stars. Nevertheless, the overall impression is positive.

Попросили дополнительное одеяло и халаты. Четыре часа, ничего. Попросили повторно. Пришла горничная "Вам халаты какие надо? Я не знаю какие там у нас есть, идите сами меняйте". Нулевая звукоизоляция номеров, отель на центральной улице, на которой до 4 утра орет музыка Плохое состояние номеров, оторванные обои, отколотая плитка в ванной.
