Not a bad hotel with a convenient location. Kazanmall, zoo, lake nearby. Good breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. The room just killed, spoiled the mood: the walls and ceiling - after the flood, you can not settle guests in such a room! For such a price there are more decent options in Kazan.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The floor hasn't been vacuumed at all in 3 weeks, everything is covered in crumbs and spit. The shower, which looks like a trough from the 90s, covered in mold and plaque, doesn't drain at all, and what's more, the tap water smells rotten. The furniture in the rooms is old and shabby, the mattresses are dented. The hotel is completely unsanitary, it's just disgusting to be in the room. The food is tasteless, the breakfast menu hasn't changed in 3 weeks. The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear everything, every sneeze, even a whisper from the next room, if you have noisy neighbors, you won't be able to sleep. Отель понравился, не плохо все, но есть конечно недочёты! Во первых было очень шумно, прямо пол окнами в данный момент идёт стройка дома, поэтому те кто собирается сейчас, там совсем не тихо. Грохот стоит с утра рано, краны, вывоз мусора и тд. Так же имейте в виду что в выходные там в ресторане и зале проходят свадьбы, а это ещё шумнее стройки 😁Подушки очень маленькие спать не удобно на них совсем было, но зато отличный матрас. 👌Так же нет освежителя воздуха в санузле и мне почему-то дали кондиционер для волос только при заселение в первый день, потом клали только шампунь и гель 🤷Утюг на этаже тоже оказался с сюрпризом испортил футболку чёрное пятно осталось , оказалось дно в нагаре сильном, только потом положили марлю туда на доску, но я уже не стала больше гладить. Завтраки хорошие вкусно было. Чайник, чашки, телевизор, фен, сейф все есть. Для 3 звезд неплохо 😊

Большой компанией из 4 семей здорово провели 4 дня. Отличные номера, вкусный завтрак - все, что нужно для отдыха в большой компании. При этом, все максимально бюджетно, что тоже не маловажно. Рекомендую всем для бюджетного семейного отдыха

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Ночевали одну ночь семьей. Номер чистый и устный, только вид был на крышу, но это не так важно. К номеру претензий нет, только не было тапочек. У нас был включён завтрак. Утром позавтракали плотно. к сожалению, расстроило, что некоторые блюда были холодные, но выбор есть и все вкусно. Также не хватило чашек для посетителей. Очень расстроились, так как привыкли после завтрака обязательно выпить кофе/чай, но было не из чего 🤷♀️ Но в общем, отель и персонал мне понравились.

Не забывайте вещи в гостинице, администрация ответственности не несёт. С Вами попрощаются отписка. Вещи не вернут. Бываю часто по специфике работы в разных гостиницах. Бывало оставлял вещи. Всё возвращали без проблем, даже больше скажу сами звонили.
