Отель находится в центре, удобное расположение, во дворе большая парковка за шлагбаумом, при бронировании попросили высокий этаж и окнами во двор, получили тихий номер на 13 этаже из окна был отличный вид, если окнами на Пушкина, то думаю будет достаточно шумно, улица загружена транспортом. Брали самый обычный бюджетный номер с двумя кроватями, в номере чисто, кровати удобные. В стоимость был включен завтрак, завтрак с большим выбором, есть все необходимое, все вкусно, каши, овощи, блины,сырники, картофель с тефтелями, сыр, колбаса, творог, яйца, кофемашина. Зал для завтрака большой, при полной загрузке отеля проблем с посадкой не наблюдали. За 3000/сутки отличное соотношение цена/качество. Ну да номерной фонд со старым ремонтом, остальное всё хорошо.

Самые большие клопы . Можно закрыть глаза на получасовые очереди на завтрак и отсутствие уборки номеров, но наличие клопов это перебор. Под кроватью нашли засохшие пельмени от бывших жильцов. Тапки не дали

Жил два дня на 13 этаже с окнами на площадь. В самом отеле два лифта, приходят при вызове быстро, завтрак-шведский стол приличный, в номере все расходники есть, также убирают в отсутствие. Да, обстановка в коридоре и номерах подуставшая, однако несомненное преимущество отеля- это его 30метровая удаленность от станции метро, близость к Казанскому Арбату, выводящему прямо к Кремлю и шаговая доступность центру, продуктовые магазины и кафе рядом на любой вкус. Не понимаю ноющих про этот отель людей, что в нем все не то и все не так , им по ходу пьесы любой отель типа не отель, вот если бы подобные нытики больше ездили по своей стране, то было бы с чем сравнить и сразу было бы понятно-что это далеко не худший вариант. Добра отелю и позитива нытикам)))
