Great location, friendly staff.
Cleanliness in the room + nice bonuses like a complimentary welcome drink and a small chocolate in the room every day.
Cons: 1. good audibility, the sound from the pipes did not let me sleep. Therefore, earplugs are thoughtfully in the room.

Отличный отель в исторической части города. Чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал. Соотношение цена качество отличное. Классные завтраки. Татарский французской, английски и русский. Попробовали три из них, все шикарные. Рекомендую к посещению

Милый, маленький, уютный отель. Расположен у озера Кабан - идеальный вариант для спокойного вечернего отдыха. Если колени позволяют, то за минут 15 можно дойти до улицы Баумана - местный Арбат, за полчаса - до Казанского кремля (но идти придётся в гору). Можно на автобусе 6 до Кремля, а назад уже пешком по той же улице Баумана. Жила на 3 этаже, в номере нет окна - только форточка на крышу. Если распахнуть, то есть шанс получить непрошенного гостя в виде птицы - не очень приятное ощущение. Кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать - укрывалась с носом. В номере нет чайника, чайной посуды с чаем, кофе и не дают воду в бутылках(!). Есть кулер на этаже, находится посередине коридора. Странное решение. Так что кому так же некомфортно по несколько раз осуществлять забеги к кулеру, подумайте о выборе этого отеля. В номере я хожу в трусах и майке и приходилось каждый раз одеваться, чтоб заварить себе чай. Чай, кофе, воду можно купить в магазине Ной на этой же улице, или пройти за угол и по ул.Татарстан купить нужное в Магните. Можно и в баре отеля, но несколько раз в день пить кофе за 400-500р мне жалко денег. С завтраками все просто отлично, 4 варианта - русский, татарский, английский и французский. От французского в восторге - омлет шикарный. Татарский - очень сытный, практически обед. Можно пообедать - бизнес ланчи в районе 500р, жильцам скидка 20%. Вкусные🙂

Прекрасное месторасположение отеля, свои 3 звезды вполне оправдывает. Мы не строили каких-то особых надежд - в номерах чисто, хорошая уборка, отличные вкусные завтраки на выбор - 4 вида. Нам достался номер с мансардным окном, в целом, норм. Звукоизоляции нет, но и не ждите ее от 3 звезд. Будете слышать полностью своих соседей и их телевизор. Благо, нам достались не шумные соседи. Из минусов или что хотелось бы улучшить: 1. Персонал на ресепшене и в кафе - максимально неприветливый и не доброжелательный. За все время пребывание - только уборщица перед отъездом была очень доброжелательна -попрощалась, пожелала удачи и приглашала снова вернуться )) 2. Кафе при отеле - это отдельный вид искусства - хотели пообедать - нам отказали, сказав, что у них банкет. Никакого банкета конечно же и близко не было. Пару раз хотели выпить пива - тоже каждый раз отказ, хотя люди сидели)) Ну и в целом официанты тоже не приветливые, но работают быстро. 3. Вода на этаже в кулере - кипяченая на вкус, хотя в кафе нормальная. Приходилось покупать свою.

Встретили и разместили очень приятно завтраки прекрасные и вкусные из натуральных продуктов персонал отеля очень человеческий приятный ....особенно хочу по хвалить админа.Ивана и бармена Александру и всю прекрасную команду отеля Всем довольны и вернёмся к ним ещё...вообщем рекомендую поехать к ним и оценить самим. Желаю им процветания и побольше добрых и хороших посетителей...Молодцы.
