Large swimming pool, warm jacuzzi. Purely. Few people. (One day we were alone with the spa for an hour) The only thing was that there was no drinking water in the spa, or rather no glasses. A small thing, but not very good for 5 stars. The weakest point for us was breakfast. It seems like there is a choice, but somehow modestly. One day there were problems with the dishes. There were no cutlery, we had to run after the waiters. The next day there was terrible coffee. (Water). Everyone at the reception was friendly. All requests were immediately fulfilled. Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed. We rested for a week. The location is the best in Kazan. The view of the Kremlin from the restaurant is like a postcard. Magnificent spa area: large swimming pool, spacious sauna, jacuzzi with hydro and aeromassage. We visited the gym, everything was great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It's obvious that they're trying. Breakfast is beyond praise - red fish, tongue, delicious desserts, fresh fruit. In summer, cherries, peaches, watermelon, melon. Room cleaning is excellent. Normal pillows 🙂, two for each - one softer, the other harder. You can't please everyone. The hotel is not pretentious, very cozy.
