Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset.
The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer.
Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

Absolutely splendid boutique hotel. Each room is individually decorated, extremely attractively. The building itself is historic, previously belonging to an Armenian doctor. The restaurant is also excellent, we went elsewhere one night for a change of scenery but wished we hadn’t. The breakfast is also plentiful, with the traditional cheese, honey olives etc but also with pastries and also chips (for breakfast?! a guilty pleasure which we embraced most enthusiastically). The staff were lovely and this is the sort of hotel I would come back to even if I had no reason to re-visit Kayseri, just for the hotel. Highly recommended.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

Novotel is located very close to the cayesian airport and can be counted in the centre of the city. The staff are ridiculous and well-doing. The hotel's director is interested in guests. The rooms were created in a very clean and health-compliant environment. The customer profile was usually made up of very proper guests. The food was very varied and very delicious.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and went to Erciyes with service. The hotel is very clean and everything you may need in the rooms. It is in a 15-minute walk to the centre, a noise-free district. This allows you to satisfy your needs with comfort without your vehicle. I can say breakfast is very good. I can't find such a quality hotel at this price level everywhere. I can advise everyone who comes to Kayseri.

I suggest to those who want to ski in Erciyes; don't give hotels in the mountains for nothing. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.

The location of the hotel is right opposite the Tekir Kapı entrance of the ski resort. Therefore, it is very easy to reach the facilities and the gondola track on foot. If you wish, you can get transfer service from the airport or bus station by contacting the facility. The hotel is new and very clean. The size and equipment of the rooms are quite sufficient. Dinner was very successful and diverse. Tea, coffee and snacks are also available between 17-18 hours. The hotel has its own store inside the ski resort (Tekir Kapı) where you can rent equipment. Discounts are provided to hotel customers. Their equipment is quite sufficient for new and intermediate users and they are in good condition. If desired, newer equipment can be rented at a slightly higher cost. The hotel owner, manager and staff are very caring and friendly. They do everything they can for your satisfaction. It's a true family hotel and they manage to make you feel like a member of the family. Its price is the best compared to the hotels in the mountain region, and at the same time, it can be tried as the best in terms of performance due to the things I have mentioned above. MmehgonThe rooms are not very large but the things are old. Because they are on the bullet's edge, especially those looking at the road get the noise of the road. The curtains are very thin and the whole window is not closed. The breakfast is not bad, it is made up for you because of the pandemic. If you come to visit Kayseri you may prefer another hotel.

NnillukThey really have very self-catering and kind employees. The hotel is primarily clean. The price will make it very happy as a performance. Breakfast is very good. When we did not find any place to be locked on the day the trails were closed, we were offered tea and cookies while talking on the terrace. Look, there is no one in the hotels doing the job that is not the duty of it. But this is like a family. I would give another example to my wife and I had asked for a room change on the day we went to the shop because we hadn't gone a double bed. When we were out, they changed the room and put a smallest waste in the same place. It is a strong advice. A very kind and working team:))
