A very good and friendly personal, very good location, walking distance to the castle, Old bazaar, city center , also Erciyes Mountain is just 10 min by car. It was the best experience we have ever had in Kayseri with my family. Preisworth, and extra good quality with a traditional egsotisch feeling included.

Absolutely splendid boutique hotel. Each room is individually decorated, extremely attractively. The building itself is historic, previously belonging to an Armenian doctor. The restaurant is also excellent, we went elsewhere one night for a change of scenery but wished we hadn’t. The breakfast is also plentiful, with the traditional cheese, honey olives etc but also with pastries and also chips (for breakfast?! a guilty pleasure which we embraced most enthusiastically). The staff were lovely and this is the sort of hotel I would come back to even if I had no reason to re-visit Kayseri, just for the hotel. Highly recommended.

Firstly, I have not stayed at this hotel, I only came here for dinner while visiting Kayseri on a day trip with a group. My experience here was so memorable that I wanted to post about it. The location is in a historical part of Kayseri which is being modernised in a very tasteful manner. Our group had dinner outdoors in their courtyard. The service was exceptional with all the male waiters super polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly perfect service. The main elements of the dinner comprised of local specialties Mantı and Kayseri Yağlaması which were both sensational. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. When i am back in Kayseri in 2023 I intend to stay at this hotel as well.

The hotel has just been established but the employees are experienced. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Especially the food is very high quality and carefully prepared. You should taste the local delicacies.

Kız arkadaş grubumuzla Aslı ile Keremin restorant kısmına gittik canlı müzik vardı. Canlı müzik biter bitmez yanımıza gelip oteldeki yeni evli çiftin odasına yakın olduğumuzdan dolayı sessiz olmamız gerektiğini söylediler. Bizde o zaman erken kapatın ya da müzikli eğlence için burayı kullanmayın dediğimizde kötü bir üslupla zaten kapandık dediler. O sırada yeni sipariş vermiştik para göz işletme sipariş alırken kapandık demiyorlar. Bura restorant değil mi konuşmayalım mı dediğimizde ise hayır restorant değil gibi saçma sapan açıklamalar yaptılar. Kız kıza olduğumuz için mi rahatsızlık çıkardılar yoksa tek suçumuz odalara yakın oturmamız mıydı asla idrak edemedik. Herkes mekanda oturuyordu kalabalıktı çünkü. Çalışanlar asla kibar değil müdürü diye getirdikleri adamında bizimle ilgilenen çalışanlarında üslup problemi var. Müşteri memnuniyetine kesinlikle önem vermiyorlar. Hizmet yok ama aldıkları para fazla. Dolandırılmak ve birde azarlanmak istiyorsanız tercih edeceğiniz bir mekan.

Otel genel anlamda kusursuzdu. Personel ilgili ve alakalı,temizlik,yemekler çok isabetliydi. Otel yönetimi çok başarılı bir şekilde işlerini yaptığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim herkese de tavsiye edeceğim bir otel.
