I have been accommodated for 7 nights in a double room in the hotel for a ski trip in Mt. Erciyes. The rooms were very clean and cozy, personell was nice and helpful in organizing the ski pass and balloon flight in Capadoccia. The upper Restaurant at the 9-th floor has excellent local food and drinks, also the terasse offers a nice view around the city hills and Mt. Erciyes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Premium place to accommodate in Kayseri

Ramazanda kaldım, özensiz bir sahurla karşılaştım, yumurta yoktu, ekmek bulamadık, çay soğuktu, bir tane dahi personel yoktu. Lütfen tercihlere saygı. İki gece için rezervasyon yapmama rağmen tek gece kaldım. Resepsiyondaki bayan kaba ve asık suratlı.

Kayseride ani bi şekilde kalmak zorunda kaldık ve bu oteli bulduk. Samet Bey, Özge Hanım ve İsmail Bey e çok teşekkür ederiz bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Odalar çok temiz ve ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut yatak çok rahat ve kahvaltıda çok çeşit var. Şehir merkezine ve havalimanına yakın bi otel kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz ve tekrar geldiğimde bu oteli tercih ederim.

Resepsiyonda görev alan arkadaşın tavsiyesi üzerine otelde yemek yedik. Hayatımda hiç bu kadar acı bir tavuk yemeği yemedim . Sonrasında durumu bildirdigimizde biber için tedarikci değiştirdiğini bildirdi 'bu bilgi bizim için çok önemliydi ' Ayrıca saat 18:00 gibi sıcak su neden yok dedigimizde isi pompasın da sorun olduğu 25 dk içinde çözüleceğini söylediler ,yaklaşık 40 dk sonra tekrar aradığımızda birazdan geleceği bildirildi. Saat 20:00 de tekrar aradığımızda otelde hiç yer olmadığı ve odalarin hepsine sıcaksı gelmediği, beklememiz gerektiği paylaşarak, resmen dalga geçmişlerdir

Отель хороший как и везде есть небольшие нюансы но руководство старается исправлять имеющиеся некоторые недочеты. как на меня нюансы есть везде. С другой стороны еда отличная, аутентичная все очень вкусно. Персонал отзывчивый, особенно хочется отметить Викторию, которая всегда готова помочь в любой ситуации. Общее впечатление после пребывания там позитивное. Отель однозначно советую.

Отличное расположение отеля: до центра можно пройтись пешком, рядом всегда есть место для парковки. Но персонал не понимает на английском, только на турецком языке. Обязательно иметь программу - переводчик, иначе ничего не удастся выяснить у персонала. Еда хорошая, вкусный ужин. Завтраки в формате " шведский стол". Уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего: при заселении нашли окурки на подоконнике, забывали принести или поменять полотенца. На все просьбы и замечания реагировали очень быстро.

***et temiz ve ferah odalara sahip hijyen açısından hiçbir sorun yok. Otel görevlileri çok ilgililerdi. Odalar sürekli olarak temizlendi ve gerekli malzemelerin ihtiyacı giderildi. Tavsiye ederim gelmek isteyenleri.
