Nüzhet Otel'de 2024 Şubat ayında Erciyes Kayak Tatili için Kayseri'ye gittiğimizde 3 gece ailece kaldık. Hem dağa çıkmak için yakın hem de şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odamız temiz ve ferah, kahvaltı ***et özenli, lezzetli ve bol çeşitliydi. Ama her şeyden önemlisi çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle karşılama, resepsiyon çalışanları için teşekkür ederiz.

4 yıldızlı olmasına ve müşteri değerlendirmelerine bakarak tercih ettiğim bir oteldi ama maalesef ne yıldız sayısı ile nede değerlendirmelerle alakası var. Öncelikle Otelin 3-4 araçlık parkı var, banyo ve malzemeleri ile oda içerisindeki dolap ve yataklar eski ve yıpranmış. 3 yataklı oda için alan dar, tv 22 ekran, internet bağlantısında sıkıntı var..

Herşey çok iyiydi kahvaltı çok güzel personel güleryüzlü. Odalar düşündüğümden daha aydınlık penceler yerden başlıyor ve bu da fazlasıyla aydınlık olmasını sağlıyor. Odamın manzarası erciyes dağına bakıyordu

Kayak tatili için genel olarak konakladığımız oteldir. Yatmadan yatmaya geldiğimiz ve otelde pek zaman geçirmediğimiz için bize yeterli geliyor. Temizlik ve hijyen açısından iyi durumda. Personeller güleryüzlüydü, memnun kaldık.
