The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

1: The hotel will open in 2023, which is absolutely false
(Just look at the picture and you will understand, what era is it still using card insertion)
2: The room is small, the mattress is bad, and there are no toiletries
3: There is a bar or something on the 11th floor. The music is so loud that you can hear it clearly even if you are on the 7th floor. It closes after 12:30. People with heart problems are advised not to stay there.
4: It's just a hotel in a village. The hygiene is worrying. The teapot looks not as clean as the toilet.

I would like to thank Mr. KADİR, who greeted us quickly with a smiling face as soon as we got off the taxi at the hotel, for his interest and attention. Although I do not know Turkish, he established a dialogue in English and informed us about the room introduction and other issues. Price performance hotel. The rooms are clean. However, there was no shampoo, soap and shaving kit in the room. The rooms were a bit small. There is water in the rooms. There is a minibar.

Hotel top to bottom not bad clean and friendly staff but breakfast could be better but if you are looking for a hotel in Kayseri just make your reservation at dedeman I won’t be disappointed

The dinner presentation was delicious and beautiful. A live music group adds a different atmosphere to the restaurant and beautifies the ambience. I think Roof 11 is an added value to Kayseri in terms of guest satisfaction. I would like to thank Mr. Muzaffer at the booking stage and Mr. Yunus for their interest and attention in the evening service operation.
