Two-day stay at this 5-star hotel: not recommended. Dirty rooms with used towels, hair everywhere, and sagging beds. There's a kettle, but no tea or coffee bags. The dining room is dirty, with food residue from previous meals on the floor. No orange juice available, and few pastries. The pool and sauna are unusable due to the dirt and urine smell (the bathrooms are not clean). These are just "some" of the hotel's features. All "5-star" hotels are OFF. Avoid this hotel.

Came with a Turkish tour group. This hotel is very DIRTY! Its old, which would be okay, except its also filthy. Floors are completely unswept and not vaccumed. HAIRS from the last guests were found in parts of the bathroom. One of the complimentary shampoos were used! We told staff and they said it gets cleaned daily. They did also apparently send someone up to clean our room again later, but we couldnt tell. Dining room experience was okay, but utensils were also often unclean. Elevator was faulty at the time that we stayed, so we avoided using it. Staff speak basic English, and the receptionist was not the friendliest. Its also very disheartening to see how much more they charge "foreigners" for the rooms compared to locals. I wanted to leave a google review too but they mustve removed that option!

good hotel comfy to stay, a little bit old but fine. Menu is good and tasty many variations buffet so you can choose what you like! dessert baklava is served so you can try before you buy take home. good staff with good manners and help quickly xx

The view was magnificent, food was great! So many instagrammable places to take photo. Services was great too! Had fun with the buffet services. So many foods to choose from plus the waiters was super kind and helpful during the food service.

Everything is quite nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Perfect housekeeping at the rooms and surroundings.Everything was great, loved the facilities and service.We will come back to this place again next year.

It was a good time to visit Cappadocia, The staff were helpful and polite. The venue has a good location and was within walking distance to the underground city. It was a great experience overall.

The hotel was dirty listed as a spar but the spar was closed the facilities are terrible 1 out of 10 we are English and realised all the Turkish want to do is scam money some how they will find something to rip you off for.

Kapadokya bölgesi tatilimiz için seçtiğimiz, 22 Nisan’dan itibaren 3 gün ailecek konakladığımız oteldi. Lokasyon olarak çok iyi konumda. Yeraltı şehrinin hemen yakınında yer alıyor. Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos’a 15 dk ile yarım saat arası mesafede. Otelde housekeeping hizmetinden, restaurant-bar görevlilerine kadar canla başla çalıştıklarını gördüğümüz herkesten çok memnun kaldık. Küçük bebeğimizle tatil yaptığımız halde hiç zorlanmadık. Yarım pansiyon hizmet veren bir 5 yıldızlı otel olsa da , ekstra yeme-içme hizmeti mevcut. Lobide dinlenirken çeşitli kahveleri veya farklı kokteyllerinizi yudumlayabilirsiniz. Müşteri memnuniyet odaklı hizmet veren otelde, misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen başta Genel Müdür olmak üzere her bir çalışana teşekkür ederiz. Akdeniz ve Ege’de bulunan otellerde bile böyle hizmet görmedik gerçekten. Bu taraflara gelecekseniz ilk tercihiniz olmalı, tavsiye ederim.
