Came with a Turkish tour group. This hotel is very DIRTY! Its old, which would be okay, except its also filthy. Floors are completely unswept and not vaccumed. HAIRS from the last guests were found in parts of the bathroom. One of the complimentary shampoos were used! We told staff and they said it gets cleaned daily. They did also apparently send someone up to clean our room again later, but we couldnt tell. Dining room experience was okay, but utensils were also often unclean. Elevator was faulty at the time that we stayed, so we avoided using it. Staff speak basic English, and the receptionist was not the friendliest. Its also very disheartening to see how much more they charge "foreigners" for the rooms compared to locals. I wanted to leave a google review too but they mustve removed that option!

good hotel comfy to stay, a little bit old but fine. Menu is good and tasty many variations buffet so you can choose what you like! dessert baklava is served so you can try before you buy take home. good staff with good manners and help quickly xx

The view was magnificent, food was great! So many instagrammable places to take photo. Services was great too! Had fun with the buffet services. So many foods to choose from plus the waiters was super kind and helpful during the food service.

Everything is quite nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Perfect housekeeping at the rooms and surroundings.Everything was great, loved the facilities and service.We will come back to this place again next year.

It was a good time to visit Cappadocia, The staff were helpful and polite. The venue has a good location and was within walking distance to the underground city. It was a great experience overall.

The hotel was dirty listed as a spar but the spar was closed the facilities are terrible 1 out of 10 we are English and realised all the Turkish want to do is scam money some how they will find something to rip you off for.

Unforgettable experience moment in this hotel. The receptionist and the housekeeper can't speak english fluently. When I left at the hotel for go to outside in my first day, the housekeeper steal my ATM card and the housekeeper change my ATM card will be the name card. I don't use card "clean my room" in my door, my meaning is don't clean my room. But, i'm so shock because the housekeeper cleans my room. I stay for two days. The safety box always locked so the guests cannot used it to save the safety box and the housekeeper never tell us about the pin number to open the safety box. The hotel is so old style. No any CCTV camera in the hotel so I can't catch the thief housekeeper. The receptionist help me to find the thief but she can't catch it also. The receptionist serves us good. So, please repair your service and get the guests pleasure, safe and comfortable. Thank you

This was the hotel we chose for our Cappadocia holiday, where we stayed as a family for 3 days starting from April 22. It is in a very good location. It is located right next to the underground city. It is between 15 minutes and half an hour away from Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos. We were very pleased with everyone we saw working hard at the hotel, from housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff. We had no difficulty despite our holiday with our little baby. Although it is a 5-star hotel with half-board service, there is an extra food and beverage service. You can sip various coffees or different cocktails while relaxing in the lobby. We would like to thank each and every employee, especially the General Manager, who deals with the guests one-on-one in the hotel that provides customer satisfaction-oriented service. We have never seen such service even in hotels in the Mediterranean and Aegean. If you are coming to these parts, it should be your first choice, I recommend it.
