The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and there’s no attendant on the first, so it’s slightly confusing if you don’t read Japanese or have a translation app. The hotel is easy to spot with transportation close by. The rooms are decently sized for singles - I don’t know about the doubles. The breakfast is good and has normal selections - nothing super fancy, but feels like a home cooked meal. The staff was great.

The interior had been renovated, and we were able to stay comfortably. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the hot springs due to a boiler malfunction. The bathroom had a particular smell that was bothersome.

I was very grateful that they kindly accepted my request even though the public bath's usage hours had passed. I would have liked it if I could have received a set of bath towels at the public bath instead of having to bring one from my room.

The exterior looked old and I was a bit worried, but the room was spacious and clean. Parking was available for 300 yen per night and could be reserved, so it was very convenient when I was traveling by car for business trips within Tokyo.

The bed was soft and nice! The shower curtain smelled bad, which made me wonder about hygiene. The hotel staff were in the middle of training new staff, but the people in charge of training them were less smiley and friendly than the new staff, which made it less pleasant.
