"Room/Suite was very nice and kitchenette is well equipped. On-site parking is available on 1st come 1st served basis or you can avail of pay parking in the area ($16 i think. not sure though, better ask the receptionist when you check in). We were given free cookies when we checked in, it was sooooo delicious =)"

"The hotel is located in a area called ” Kevin Heights' which is near the airport but opposite to the Queenstown city. However, the hotel is built as it own resort, it is very pleasant to be away from those tourist spot full of hotels and accommodations. If you look for a holidays like a retreat and quiet time, this hotel is your choice.
The hotel is full of facilities like indoors swimming pool, restaurant and bar with lake view, lot of self-service parking spaces (you need to pay for $4 NZD per hour or $16NZD for a day parking). The breakfast at the restaurant with the lake view that really give you a fresh start of a day before you are heading off to your adventures.
By the lake side you can go for a walk anytime you want is a very pleasant activities or you can order your water taxi from the front desk that will take you to the downtown of Queenstown. It is also treat yourself as a cruise trip on the Wakatipu lake."

"This hotel apartment is opposite the Hilton Queenstown. The 604 four-bedroom apartment we booked has a lake view and a balcony, but the living room is a little small. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with a built-in bathroom. The other three bedrooms are on the next floor, a master bedroom with a large bed and bathroom, and two twin rooms with shared bathrooms. The kitchen facilities are basically all there, but there is a lack of non-stick pans and a good cooking pan. There is only one frying pan, which can barely cook some meals. The total area of the second floor is about 150 square meters, which can be called a comfortable four-bedroom apartment. It is quite good and recommended."

The house is fully equipped with all linen supplied.A five minute stroll takes you to the lake and walking track. The track follows the lake from Jacks point to Queenstown and links with all the other fantastic Wakatipu trails to Lake Hayes, Arrowtown and the Gibbston Wine Trail. Choose from a range of sporting activities whether it be hiking, biking, skiing, croquet or tennis – it is all nearby and easy to get to.A five minute walk along the lake track takes you to the Hilton Hotel where you can enjoy a coffee with fresh pastries from the deli which also offers a selection of grocery items. "This is my second time booking this place. Definitely my first choice when coming to Queenstown. It’s close to Queenstown airport in Frankly, 20min drive from the busy and crowded Queenstown.
Restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance (1-1.5km, though you wouldn’t want to walk in freezing weather).
The rooms overlooking the mountains have superb view.
Hotel parking lots are limited."

"The hotel was almost walkable from the airport. We arrived early Saturday morning and enjoyed the market right over the road. As we were early to the hotel we got our instructions and returned later, lovely receptionist.
We did not eat at the hotel but there is a cafe on the ground level which closes around 2.30 but the smell from fresh bakery and coffee was pretty good.
Self catering was good with basics. We had a faulty fridge and had just bought supplies but the hotel, although almost time for staff to leave, found us another room with an upgrade. If you are a fussy camper, you could say fittings in bathroom were ”cheap” and scuff marks on walls (all white so they show more) but it was perfect for us. Overlooking building sites and other buildings but just look up and there are the mountains in their splendour.l Cost was reasonable and as parking is pricy in Queenstown it was good to get free parking at the hotel."

"It was a very smart decision to choose this hotel for our last night on the South Island. Its close proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient for returning our rental car that evening and catching our early morning flight the next day. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious rooms and a large, very comfortable bed."
