This hotel has excellent location , clean and have good view, 5-8min to landmark. Easy to found food shop around 10min. Recommend food shop

Although it is old, they are doing their best to keep the place running. However, the facilities are old, and the smell of the drainage in the bathroom was a bit bothersome. They are trying to improve security for the check-in/check-out machine and elevator. The vending machines are a bit local, and some have buttons that don't have settings, so I wish they would try harder. It would be even better if the breakfast was buffet style.

As a business hotel, I think it's adequate considering the price. The front desk staff were very friendly and I thought it was a nice hotel.

Comfortable hotel with a bathtub. Near the train station, you can walk there. In addition, there is a breakfast set for only 1000 yen.

It said it was a deluxe bed for two adults, but in reality it was only a single bed, so I had to pay extra to change it to a twin room. The air conditioning was not adjustable, and the room was cold, so I was wrapped in a blanket. I thought it was a business hotel, but the facilities were old-fashioned and the air conditioning only had a fan speed adjustment, which was a shock.

The room is relatively spacious by Japanese hotel standards, and the facilities are complete; especially the blackout inner window instead of curtains, which has excellent blackout and soundproofing effects! The front desk staff is polite and kind, and the hotel's ancillary facilities are relatively complete: there are restaurants, cafes, and parking lots. There is a large supermarket called Tobu Shoten not far away. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk from the east exit of Kawagoe Station, and the area around the east exit of the station is one of the most lively commercial areas in Kawagoe.

It was easy to get to from Kawagoe Station, and the room was very clean. I was especially happy that the bathroom was clean. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful.

The location is great, close to the station. The staff were friendly and polite.
