Convenience location , clean , staff are helpful and service mind

The room was old and lighted with orange light.. very dim and also the air circulation was terrible. Aircon was weak. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night.

Centrally located . Convenient basic hotel.

It is located right above the station, so it is very convenient, and the rooms are spacious. Some parts are a little old, but it is good value for money.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Convenient access to the famous sites and tourist attractions in Kawagoe. I stayed in a twin non-smoking room, but the room was a little small. However, I think the fact that you can hear the voices of guests in the next room is a bit of a problem. Two female friends were visiting and I'm sure they had a lot to talk about, but they talked late into the night and the next morning, their voices were bothersome from early in the morning. There was a breakfast buffet, but unfortunately the number of side dishes and breads was limited. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's right next to the station. The location is ideal. The room is not too big and the hygiene level is OK. It has heating in winter and the room is warm. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

I had a hard time checking in, but the front desk staff was very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Direct access from Hon-Kawagoe Station is very convenient, and there are convenience stores and cafes around the hotel, so I didn't have any trouble eating and drinking. The decoration of the lobby was beautiful like spring.

It is very convenient next to the train station. There are many places to eat nearby, and everything is available across the street; it is not far from Kawagoe Old Street and landmarks. PRINCE HOTEL maintains a certain standard; the hotel's guest parking lot only costs 500 yen for 24 hours. It's very cost-effective, there's a Starbucks and a supermarket downstairs, and the location is convenient.

Even though I booked a smoking room by mistake, the front desk was kind enough to change it to a non-smoking room that happened to be available! thank you very much!

Hotel is good and just next to railway station. Walkable distance to famous tourist spot in 5 minutes.

Staff were so helpful, all spoke English, and were very welcoming to my young kids. Gave a small kids amenities bag to each child. Very convenient location. Glad we stayed there.
