The hotel staff is the most hardworking I've ever seen, and the same person dials the front desk, the restaurant and so on. There is a young man named Pu who speaks some Chinese in South Korea who is very friendly and tries to meet the various needs of guests. The only thing that was not very satisfactory was the attitude of a typical Japanese male who was rather perfunctory. We wanted to change the dinner time one day and he refused. Beautiful and delicious! The hot springs and our room (in the old part, the 3. Building) was so amazing that we are speeachless! It is more beautiful than on the pictures ! And walking around in the traditional yukata was supercool and stylish! The food is really good and served in a topical Japanese way. The only thing that was not totally perfect was that there was dust and spiderwebs some places (but not the rooms). We love it, we will come back of we have an opportunity again!
