The property is an amazing experience in and of itself being an old Pabst bottling and distribution warehouse from the 1900’s. The rooms, staff and food/bev options were all top notch. Well worth the price for the value!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including surprising my kid with a nice note and cookies waiting in the room for her birthday. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and professional.
The property itself is gorgeous; very vintage KC. Hardwoods and industrial touches with a bit of an art deco flair; just gorgeous.

Upbeat, Comfortable Stay!
The staff was SO nice and accommodating. Our group had a great time and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We didn’t anticipate how busy the rooftop bar would be, so definitely make a reservation. Will definitely come back!

Amazing stay, experience, and food!
This was a wonderful experience. We stayed at the Crossroads Hotel for 3 nights. The room we were in on the first night looked into the foyer which was less than ideal. We asked if we could move to a room with an exterior view. They not only moved us but upgraded our room. The front office team went out of their way to get us heavy cream (instead of half-and-half) for our coffee every morning. And the restaurant! The best pork shoulder I have ever eaten in my life. The only downside was that nobody ever came to clean the room on any of the 3 days we were there. That came as a surprise. But other than that, we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat (and order the pork shoulder!).

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. All of the staff were awesome, very helpful and courteous. Property was super cool, rooms were excellent. Would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way at check-in! The hotel was more than I expected! The crab Rangoon dip appetizer at the bar was delicious!!
