"The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards."

"The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. "I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The owner's hospitality exceeded expectations – not only did he graciously allow us to change rooms to suit our preferences, but he also went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The genuine kindness and flexibility made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
By the way, the facilities and views are also great!"

"The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel."

"Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony."

"Stayed in January 25, maybe because it was off-season, there were no people, and I didn't sleep because I was bombed by music. The clock tower rang the clock at half a point. I didn't pay attention before getting up at 7 o'clock in the morning. It may be too dead to sleep. However, the soundproofing of the room is still possible, and the bells are ignored if you don't listen carefully.
Focus on breakfast. Not a traditional buffet, but an ordering style. Each person has a hot food, a dessert, a cold drink, a hot drink, the amount is quite enough, two big ones can eat to death.
What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very loud, and the sea cannot be seen on the second floor."

"Two rooms, each with a large bed, and a kitchen and a bathroom, suitable for 3 － 4 people, you can buy noodles and vegetables yourself and make them yourself, very convenient! Very affordable! The downside is that the shower is not smooth, the water is all over the toilet."
